Has your basic party necessities but don't expect to find everything.
Happy birthday 12-inch balloons are 80 cents whereas regular 12-inch balloons are 60 cents each. A dozen happy birthday balloons are 8-something dollars. Compare Party Warehouse, for example, which charges 95 cents each for Happy Birthday balloons.
The quality of the balloons reflect what you pay - the material is cheaper and the print on the balloons is cheaper-looking as well. If that doesn't matter, go to Alexis. -

12 regular balloons + 2 batman (yes, batman) balloons + streamers + tablecloth + a special "Batman Birthday Hero" pin--all for $20. They also threw in a free balloon weight to keep my purchases from flying away. Too bad I popped one of the batman balloons with my keys trying to get them into the car.
This place is ah-maz-ing. The staff is super friendly, and they have everything your little heart could desire for a party. I wish I knew about this place earlier, and hadn't wasted some of my precious party planning budget at Target.
Free parking up the street too. Love it, love it, love it. -

Planning a festivity then get your wise self down to this party supply place. Everything you need at some outrageous slap your friend in the face ridiculous low prices. For the UYE I was having I stocked up at this spot. With gorgeous pinatas, streamers galore, more candy than a sugar crack head's cabinet, balloons in every color you could imagine, and all the themes you needs to celebrate.
Also if you need chairs or tables at crazy cheap prices this spot wont let you down. -

Thank you to my fellow Yelpers for introducing me to this fabulous business. The prices here are way more competitive than any other party store I've frequented (not to name names) and the service is genuine and great.
I simply couldn't believe how cheap the balloons were-- a dozen colored balloons filled with helium for 6.99? Wow! Thta barely covers the price of helium. These affordable balloons were durable enough to survive a full morning of battering rain tied along my fence, waiting for the party to start.
I bought other things too, crowns, napkins, tiaras and gift bags for my princess themed party. I went wild, in fact, and still left spending under 100 dollars.
There are also excellent deals on party packages, tables chairs, pinatas and bounce houses. I wish I would have looked into them before I ordered elsewhere. From now on, they are my one and only.
Excellent English and Spanish (also probably excellent) spoken by the nicest, warmest employees you could ever hope to meet.
caveat:
I do recommend going in in person to check out the offerings. The website is floundering, but it is a decent place to start. -

Cheap Cheap Cheap...
So my uncles decides to tell me Monday "Hey your baby cousin's red egg and ginger party is this Thursday, come through". I start to ask him, well how many people are coming? Have you reserved at a restaurant? When are you going to dye the eggs? Are you going to have party favors? To all the questions, his answer is I don't know. WHAT?!?!? You are winging your baby daughter's red egg and ginger party? Unacceptable. So I'm stepping in.

Next on my list are Balloons. This is the CHEAPEST place I have found. Everywhere else its $1.00 for a freaking place balloon. I remember back in the day when it used to be $0.50. Well...here, it still is...only 8 cents more.
For a 12 pack of balloons its $7.00...SCORE...$0.58 a piece. Oh hell yeah!Listed in: Red Egg & Ginger Party

Went here based on YELP reviews and was disappointed. Their stock was about the same that I could have found in Alameda at Party Warehouse with about the same prices. Definitely not good deals on regular party items. The staff barely acknowledged me and were not very helpful.
