I'm a patient of Dr. Sklar.  While the staff can be sometimes a little harsh, I found Dr. Sklar to be courteous.  He strikes me as the kind of guy who was always better at thinking than hanging out, if that means anything.  Personally, I'd prefer my neurologist that way.

I've been late a few times, and it's never been an issue, partially because there is usually a bit of a wait anyway.
