I am not sure had I read the reviews on here I would have gone to Alegria. I am glad in this case I did not see them first. I have been so thrilled with the service, Kathy behind the desk is so informed and so genuine and wonderful and directed me to the right person on staff for each of my needs. I have had no problems with scheduling actually I have found them to be on time. (that's not common anywhere these days) I am happy with my product purchases and all my services and would highly recommend Alegria Med Spa. As for pricing I researched and found their prices fantastic and they offered me a lower price on a package than was advertised. Give them a try!

Things have changed in the past 4 months and it is LAME!!!!
I have been a loyal customer there for 2 1/2 years (getting facials, botox mostly, radiesse, etc) and even referring friends. However, recently the botox is totally a lot weaker (I am only 29- not 40 and have been getting it for 2 years at Alegria). Even though I did the full blown dose, I have my furrow and forehead wrinkles!!! This has happened ever since Rikaco left , and I have been unhappy .
When I spoke to the management they refused to compensate and had a bit of an attitude (on more than one occassion)
My radiesse was misplaced in my face from the jump and I cant wait for it to wear out.
Overall, I am sad I have to look for another home for my med spa experiences. If the management would have been a little more apologettic or at least more understanding, then I would probably continue to go there. But now, I am divoricing them. -

I had been wanting to visit this spa for laser hair removal for quite a while and finally treated myself for a mother's day treat (mind you, this was a year ago and I have been waiting to allow for my feelings to simmer before reviewing, but I still feel the same way). So when I saw a discounted rate posted on their website, I called to make the appointment, mentioning the special on their website. I go in, have a great experience with the girl who's giving me the treatment and now it's time to pay. The woman behind the counter wants to charge me their standard rate. I bring to her attention the discounted rate that was offered and she refused to believe me. Thank goodness for modern technology, I pull up their ad on my iphone and show her. She then proceeds to get mad at the person who handles their website and tells me that the ad is old and shouldn't be on-line. The she gets on the phone to call the owner/manager. Mind you, I'm still standing there just waiting to pay. It wasn't my fault they had an expired ad posted. Thankfully the woman let me pay the amount I had intended and let me leave. Very awkward, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would not go back there if it were free - no thank you.

I came in for a facial, my first at that with Celeste and she was wonderful......I have a lot of spots on my face from picking at my blackheads and during my facial she came up with a plan so I can have clear skin in a month. She went through the procedures on how to care for my face and made me understand a lot more on the importance of cleansing day and night! I will most definitely go again!!! :)

If you don't feel like wasting your money for bad service, staff who each tell you something completely different and overpriced services than don't come here! I am not the only one with a horrible experience at this place, I met 2 others who loathe this place. If you make an appointment, be prepared to have them change it the day of because of "scheduling errors" - happens every time. I had an employee tell me that they would give me 6 free treatments ( laser hair removal) because I didn't get the correct results after 6 treatments and then when I came back to get them they said "they had no record of that." They are so unorganized and have horrible customer service. If you are looking for a good medspa...please look elsewhere!
