I live a couple of blocks away from this place and never new it existed!
The food was amazing!!! I definitely will be recommending this place to friends and family. Prices aren't bad and it's definitely really classy and perfect for those looking to find a place to take a date!
I had their Penne Pasta with chicken and my friend had the chicken parmigiana. Both plates looked and tasted amazing. The service was also very friendly.
I will be coming back more often!! -

Nestled in a mini-strip mall, I've driven past this place 100's of times and never knew it existed until some co-workers gave me the tip about it.
Came on a Sunday and had the opportunity to try their Sunday brunch, since it was a new offering. All in all, the food was pretty good. The standard breakfast items were solid, as were the pastas and meats. I'd have to say my favorite item was the creme brulee they had as the dessert.
I realized that it's hard to make a judgement about a place based on a buffet, but I definitely want to try some of the menu entrees on my next visit. The great service here makes the meal worth it. -

My fiance and I are big on customer service and know good food. Aldolino's meets both our needs. Their customer service is always amazing. They are so professional and attentive.
The food is deelish! We enjoy our dining experience every time we visit. We've been fortunate the last few times to come in when the crowd is dying down. We get to enjoy the nice tunes they play and enjoy the ambiance. The last time we dined here my fiance had steak and I had the pasta della casa along with salad and soup.
I do agree that this place is not in the safest corner. I was pretty skeptical when I first visited. However, it's establishments like this that keep the money flowing in cities and counties where it's most needed. -

This restaurant gets five stars because it is as good as it gets in this town, but boy we are lucky to have such a delicious spot so close to home. Everything is so good, we love that we always get to take leftovers home because it's all just as good the next day. Gabriel is very friendly, knows his menu, and there are so many daily specials to remember! I love the most expensive entree on the menu, @ $13.95 it is so good-Fetuccini all Aragosta, Shrimp, vegetables in a Lobster brandy cream sauce. The complimentary bread, warm and tasty. Crab cakes, fantastic. Too bad my husband had dessert for me at home, because their Creme Brulee is bomb!! They also have a Sunday Brunch which I haven't tried yet, but I am sure it won't be anything less than excellent food.

Everything was delicious, the server was nice and attentive. The wait for the food was just a little long, but not complaining because the flavorful food was incredible. Will definitely be back real soon.

I came here with my husband and daughter for a later than usual dinner. I already had high expectations since I've dined her a couple years back and I was impressed then. But I had no idea what we were in for!
Complimentary - Bread Basket: Perfectly baked with the right amount of herbs. When the waiter brought out the small plate of fresh basil, chopped garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, I think I died and went to heaven right then and there! INCREDIBLE
Appetizer - Bruchetta: Unbelievably delicious, fresh and loaded with tomatoes and basil. By far the best bruchetta I've ever tasted, and I'm a bruchetta fiend.
Appetizer - Personal Pepperoni Pizza: Now let me tell you..this pizza was so fresh, there was flour reminance on your fingertips from holding the pizza dough!!! In a good way!! It was like I was transported to Italy eating this pizza.. AMAZING.....
Main Course 1 - Pollo Ai Carciofi: Fettuccine pasta with chicken, artichoke, sun dried tomatoes and mushroom creme sauce. All I can say is WOW. I've never had anything close to this before. All the ingredients came together perfect and balanced. The fettuccine was cooked al dente and the flavors were superb.
Main Course 2 - Rigatoni Al Forno: Baked pasta with Italian Sausage, roasted egg plant, roasted tomato basil and thyme sauce. Another winner here..I wasn't sure what to expect, since a lot of Italian restaurants seem to kill the eggplant, (I love it, and make it at home frequently) they nailed this dish. It was incredible..I really wish I saved more room for this, but then again I bet I would have devoured the whole thing right then and there..calories? who cares, it's incredible. I actually brought the rest of it to work with me the next day.
Main Course 3 - Bambino Penne Alfredo: My daughter specially requested this as it was not on their bambino menu. Without any hesitation, Gabriel took her order and did not question it! I was amazed at the service. If you make my child happy, then I'm happy! Not many restaurants accomodate children the way I've seen them do here at Aldolino's. It was delicious..a light alfredo, definitely not overpowering like some can be, she loved it, and took the rest with her for her school lunch! Those kids in that cafeteria today will be drooling for sure! (she's in 5th grade).
Dessert - Brownie Sundae: I don't even know what to say to explain the flavor of amazingness that was in my mouth at that moment when my daughter gave me a bite of this....it was HEAVENLY. There is something they do...something special!!! and DELICIOUS. WOW..... I don't even want to know, and I know is that everyone needs to taste this.
By the end of our feast, we all decided that this was the BEST Italian experience we've had at a restaurant. Definitely gourmet food!! Coming from someone Italian, growing up in an Italian family, born in New Jersey I know my food! I was impressed, and you will be too. This is the best Italian food anywhere on the West Coast (besides my kitchen) ;) Being served by the owner was awesome. He is so passionate about his plates, just talk to him and you can feel his love for food and creating unique Italian entrees is his gift.
I grew up in Aldolino's - as I've been coming here for the past 28 years. And it was actually my first job! :) I'm proud of that one! Anyway, it's nice to see a successful business sold, taken over and turned into even more of an amazing dining experience. What a way to keep the name and history of Aldolino's intact.

I guess I got the better plate.
I was also part the Bridge to Nowhere group on the mid-Sunday afternoon. Recommend by our lovely fellow hiker couple who seemed to be on the frequent flyer club at Aldolino's with the way they were greeted at the door, I had high expectation for food, but low expectation for service cuz we arrived at roughly 2:30PM on a Sunday afternoon.
Everything did take a long time, but we brought on a time-pressured scenario that would turn any restaurant operations to Hell's Kitchen with that many dishes at a time of day that typically be their Sunday siesta. SO props to them for being able to service our group.
Bread basket - The freshly baked bread was awesome. I kept myself in check so i won't get full off bread but that just means I'll have to come back for more next time.
Aldos Supreme Di Pollo - This is 1 of 2 Supremes ordered at the table. I guess i got the better prepared plate. The chicken breast was moist and flavored well to be eaten with the mashed potato. The two complimented one another in each bite. The sauce had chunks of garlic goodness that gave it more texture. I really enjoyed it. I wasn't timing myself but it seemed like it was gone in about 60 seconds. Yup I was a little hungry.
I would only recommend this dish if you're good with eating a giant piece of breast. Chicken Breast that is.
I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area. -

At first, I thought it was a super casual family restaurant (meaning old & outdated decor and seating). As it turns out, it was a decent place~. My friends and I wanted to dine around the AMC theatre nearby, and I stumbled upon this place on Yelp. It was a good choice!
We had Crab Cakes for appetizer. It was tasty, so was the complimentary bread. All of us liked it.
We ordered several entrees including: Pollo Alla Vodka, Penne All Arrabiata Di Pollo, Spaghetti w/ bolognese sauce, either Seafood Linguini or Linguini & Clams. Overall, it was pretty good. My favorite was the Penne All Arrabiata Di Pollo. I thought the spiciness in this dish really made this a flavorful dish.
For dessert, we had chocolate souffle. A perfect choice to share w/ a friend or loved one.
Service was just right...not too much or too little.
Side Note: It's located in the Oak Tree Shopping Ctr & the sign only reads "Italian Restaurant". -

I came here with a group after our hike to the Bridge To Nowhere. I am not a huge Italian food fan because most places don't make good Italian but this is not one of those places.
I wasn't very hungry and ordered their house salad which was very good but when I looked over at everyones food I think I made a huge mistake in ordering a salad because all of the food looked amazing (according to them it was too). It wasn't the typical pasta with red sauce. It was Aldos Supreme Di Pollo, Seafood Linguini, Ravioli Di Vitello, Chicken Panino sandwiches and some other amazing foods.
BTW the bread that they serve is addicting...ask for some of their basil salad dressing and dip the bread in it...soooo good!
It took forever to get our food but I will chalk it up to ~15 people walking in as soon as they opened with 15 different orders.
Located in a strip mall but don't let that stop you. If I lived anywhere near here I would be a regular. -

Went in here today for my birthday with my Mom. Shared a plate of alfredo with chicken. The place was pretty busy. Bunch of businessmen from Honda and about 7-8 women chatting loudly while eating their salads. We were served by Gabriel, which was a shitty server. We ordered our food because we already knew what we wanted. He brought our drinks and bread quickly... after we finished it took him forever to bring our food. Didn't ask if we wanted refills (just assumed) but didn't check on us either. Food was great, Service was horrible. I would've given them 5 stars if it had been for better service. Wish there was a better waiter to serve us. Pitty. Its sad to say, Olive Garden probably offers better Service then this place. Also the lighting in the main hall almost made it feel like a bar, nothing like the photo displayed in this page.

Wife said her friend raved about this place.
I was afraid of the winos and derelicts in every dark corner as we drove in. Was seated at table vacated by guests at birthday party of waiter's family. As an army of people began cleaning up we were served (eventually) hard bread, watery spaghetti, and drinks in mini glasses with no ice, as the party had used all the ice in the place.
WOW.
And to top off the experience, every table is draped in butcher paper to cut down on laundry costs. Don't know how much more ghetto it can get...oh yeah, as we were leaving we drove by some undercover cops arresting a gang member who had broken into a car. Thank god it wasn't mine. If you value your dining experience, your safety and your property, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. -

A nice treasure in almost nowhere. If my friend never brought me here, I would never know it existed. And it's been here many decades! Very cute place, that I will always associate with I Love Lucy. If you visit, you will understand why.
It feels kind of private, and the food is pretty nice. The lasagna, the fish. Because its small and quiet, service was brisk. And I enjoy the richness of the chocolate souffle. -

Authentic Italian restaurant located in a crummy plaza. I was surprise to enter a restaurant of such mellow ambiance.
Two of my favorites would be their Pollo Ai CAriofi (fettuccine pasta with chicken, artichoke, sun-dried tomatos and mushroom cream) and Ravioli Di Vitello (Beef ravioli with mushroom, herb cream sauce and white truffle oil).
Service is a tad bit slow but there's only one server so don't expect too much.
Pocket damage would be around $14/person but quality is definitely there. -

Decided to try this place because of all the positive Yelp reviews, and the fact that it's a local joint. The restaurant is kind of hard to see from the street being located in a strip mall, but there is plenty of free parking and that is always a plus.
I was sort of disappointed that they didn't have regular iced tea at the place. I mean what is it these days with the tropical iced tea and raspberry iced tea? That crap is nasty. I just want unsweetened iced tea dammit!
So I had them take my iced tea back and I just ordered their house Cabernet instead. The Cab was good for just over 5$ a glass. Not a price gouge. They serve some nice complimentary bread which was fresh out of the oven. It was very good.
The service was a little slow as the waiter seemed maybe a bit new or maybe just overwhelmed. Ordered a salad from their daily specials and it was very good and enough for 2 people. Ordered a chicken dish off the menu and it was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Also had an order of Bruschetta also which was very good and obviously fresh ingredients.
The food was very tasty and the prices were very reasonable. They don't have as diverse a menu as some Italian places, but they had quite a few specials and enough on the menu to choose from as well as a good pizza selection and desserts!
Overall, I found the food good, prices great. I would definitely come back again and I'd give it 5 stars if they had some regular iced tea and if the service at the beginning hadn't been a little slow. -

I have to say, this is definitely the best Italian experience I have ever had!!!!
Right down to the service.
It's the place that you just keep eating every bite even though you are full!
I was turned on to this little gem by my parents who couldnt stop talking about it.
I drove all the way down from the valley and it was worth every mile!
We were seated right away and treated amazing
P.S.
The garlic balls are to die for.
The server brought us a secret dipping sauce that i could live off of.

I should have payed more attention to what Heather B. wrote. Stick to the pizza. However, they messed that up too.
Wanted to give this place a try, support the local businesses, what a disaster.
I ordered take out, Calamari, Antipasto and a thin crust pizza. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes....yeah. So I arrive 5 minutes later than the stated pick up time, my order wasn't even ready. I mistyped, it wasn't even prepared yet. I wait, whatever, ready to go when my "order" was up. I get home, no thin crust pizza, 11 pieces of calamari and fried, wilted(how does that happen really), carrots, squash and some other veggie I didn't recognize, and an antipasto with just pepperoni on it with cheese. Wow. I've had better Italian at Olive Garden that's how sad this place was.
Whatever the case, I threw the calamari in the trash so my boyfriend wouldn't be livid at me for wasting money.
Go to Petrillo's and get better pizza, calamari and an Antipasto that costs less and gives you more. Oh, and when they say 25 minutes, its 25 minutes. -

Ahhh a diamond in the rough. You would never drive past this place and say "Hey! I need to check out that place". It's just not very eye catching. It's located in a very small shopping center. Not a lot of parking either. But once you get inside, you are welcomed by a very friendly staff. The menu is also pretty big in range and prices are very very reasonable. You probably won't pay more than $12 a person at this joint. The food portion is just right. Not overly large or small. The food itself is delicious and well-prepared.
My boyfriend got Ravioli and I got Chicken Parmesan sandwhich. It was pretty basic orders and the food was extremely yummy. They also had salads, pastas, and pizzas to choose from. Actually, we also ordered a nice yummy salad that had salami and pepperoni. So good! The salad was slightly overpriced for the portion we got but we still shared it as an appetizer. But if I were to order it as my dinner, I'd expect a slightly bigger portion since the salad is $7.
Overall, really good bang for your buck at this place. Good service and food. Atmosphere is quaint. They have lovely Italian music playing. It was like Italian Pop. Very cool!
Oh you can also do take out too!Listed in: Top Restaurants in the 626…, My ROTDs List

I came here last night for dinner after my dance performance at Citrus College. I knew that I would have a lot of friends/family with me so I wanted to pick a place that was nice and near the location of the show. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to find Aldolino's! First off, they were more than accomadating when my reservation went from 8 people to 12 people when we got there. Secondly, as soon as I sat down I saw a picture of the I Love Lucy episode where Lucy Ricardo attempts to make pizza and was told by the waiter that that episode was actually filmed at the restaurant! I am a Lucy fanatic so this was definitely a match made in heaven for me already.
Ok, on with the food ...
I ordered my standard penne arrabiata (but this time it comes with chicken). It was delicious! It had the perfect amount of spicy-ness and not too tomatoe-y. Many places that I go to don't ever make their arrabiata sauce spicy enough. The garlic bread is also amazing. I was in such need of calories that I burned through three pieces of bread and my entire pasta dish right away. I would've tried dessert too, but we were heading off to Donut Man so maybe next time! The service was attentive the entire time as my iced tea never got below the half way mark. The price is also very reasonable given the good quality of food. Everyone enjoyed their meal and I was a happy camper :) -

AMAZING italian food. if this were closer to me, i'd be here EVERY WEEK. delicious options, impeccable service and great presentation in the middle of industrial suburbs.
all waiters should be trained by whoever taught our server the ropes cause he was on point. so friendly and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. as we settled in he went over the daily specials and answered any questions we had.
I had the roasted beet salad with goat cheese, and the lentil-vegetable soup both vegetarian. the soup was perfect, i offered the others a taste to be polite but deep down, i didnt want anyone touching my delicious eff'ing soup. they drizzled just enough olive oil on so that it had a great texture with the lentils. the salad was beautiful - sliced beets and tomatoes on baby greens in light dressing topped with goat cheese rolled in sesame seeds. my boyfriend got the suprema de pollo which was "ooh"ed over by his relatives (they ordered sammiches. poor life choices. they seriously missed out).
the prices were so reasonable. we were too full for dessert but if they handle that the same way im sure its to DIE FOR. i was less than excited to be driving all the way to BFE ** for lunch but this place made it worth it.

What a place! They were more than welcoming to a party of 8 no 12 no 10 guess what its back to 8 again, they moved chairs and tables and got us to feel like we were all together in a friendly atmosphere. The server although he appeared a little nervous and not super confident in demeanor was completely adequate at explaining the specials and provided excellent service to our group. I decided to go with the special, filet mignon wrapped with pancetta with mashed potatoes grilled veggies and a coffee and cabernet sauce....Price? $17.95, not bad!! Paired with a glass of cabernet as well.
Also had the chance to try the blackened salmon with a relish of some type that had mango and some papaya to name a few flavors, very refreshing and just perfect. Arabiatta with chicken had just the right amount of spiciness. Garlic bread could have kept coming and I would have eaten every bite it was very good. Pizza looked good but I don't know about the taste, see Wes, Tim or Kev F. reviews for their take on this place. I would definitely go back!!! -

One star is being generous.
I'm not sure how to start this without being too offending (as I know I have offended a merchant or two), but as a Yelper, I really just have to be honest. After all, we rely on each other to find the good and the bad. And to be totally honest, I don't know what good any of you found with this place.
My hubby and I wanted some comfort food locally and we looked around and decided on Italian. Spaghetti and meatballs sounded like it would hit the spot. There are a couple of Italian places in our neighborhood (one of them being this place) and because this was closer and got better reviews, we decided on Aldolino and called in our order for pick up.
Boy, was it a wrong choice. We are sitting here writing this review after we just had our dinner and still can't believe what we had - 2 orders of spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs and an order of fried mozzarella. The only saving grace in this whole meal was the bread which was decent, but almost dense enough to hold the door open.
Anyway, the fried mozzarella was almost too salty to eat. Each order of spaghetti did not have enough sauce to coat the pasta , but it did have enough left over water from reheating the pasta to make the whole plate taste washed out. Come on guys, either cook the pasta to order or drain it well. Totally a rookie move! The meatballs ( and please note each one is a $1.50) came medium rare in the middle. They were not even cooked through!
When my hubby walked in the restaurant, the "chef" was sitting at the table with his friends and coworkers. My husband did not think too much of this at first, but when we tasted the food, he said the chef should have spent his time managing the kitchen and not hanging out wit his friends in the dining room.
This is all we have to say about this place - really, really disappointing. We will never even think of coming back for seconds and regret even going for firsts. -

I went back to try out their pizza a few weeks ago. Should I knock stars for bad service? Hmm...not usually, but in this case I'm doing it anyway.
After finishing up our salads and appetizer, we waited an additional 30 minutes before the pizza arrived. Other patrons that were seated after we finished appetizers got their pizzas first. Wtf. Also, the person that came in and ordered a pizza to go, got his first. Mind you, it was not that busy, so I don't know what it could have been.
Alright. Maybe there was a mix up? Maybe they burned the pizza? Maybe they ate it? I dunno, BUT, the waiter should have come over to tell us what was going on. He never came back to give an update or to refill drinks. In fact, he didn't show his face until the pizza was finally ready. 30 minutes later. I was so annoyed, and I'm not easily annoyed! The waiter was actually kind of rude about everything. :(
I wanted to flip over tables and cause a scene, but I actually might want to come back one day. The food is pretty good., but that night, service really killed it.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I went back to Aldolino's after a long break. From what I remembered, I figured that the night would be a good one, but I was wrong.
I told a friend about this place and the entertaining story behind Aldolino (if you still decide to come here, just look at the pictures on the menu). My first experience wasn't bad; I think I ordered a chicken entree, and it was pretty darn good. I must have been lucky that night. I had some ravioli which was okay (it gave me horrid garlic breath), but my friend had his pizza which was no good. He ordered a plain and simple mushroom pizza, but it looked as if they tried to trick us into thinking that one mushroom could cover an entire pizza. What a lame excuse for an Italian restaurant.
Service was bad. Cheese bread took about 20 minutes. Waiter's Italian accent too thick.
Sorry Aldolino's, but you've lost a customer. -

Da Bomb!
The service was wonderful, ambiance was splendid, and, most importantly, the food was phenomenal!
Our waiter gave us the right amount of time to make our food picks. He also offered insight to our questions, meaning I felt he was truly knowledgeable about their offerings. He even suggested options that were not stated in the menu based on our taste buds!
The setting is a little on the romantic cheesy side, but if that what you're looking for, this place is it. Dim lights, soft music, and candles compliment the food and service.
Now to the food. It was awesome. I ordered a small alfredo chicken pizza and the wife had meat ravioli with red sauce (an item not listed in the menu). The food came quick and the taste great!
The waiter also took the time to learn our names. You could tell he makes a point to remember regular because he asked us if it was our "first time," meaning he didn't recognize us.
My only complaint is that the bread didn't come out post haste...but, I suppose every minute feels like an hour when you're starving. Not your fault, Aldo, not your fault.
A must visit, over and over again... -

Was in the area recently and found this place after yelping 'creme brulee' for a friend who wanted it. I shared a tiramisu which was yummy, first time I recall having caramel on tiramusu but it was a good touch! Oh and the CB was good too!
Very small but cute Italian restaurant, looked real authentic. Would like to try their food next time I'm in the area. Service was great too. -

I just have to say WOW! to Raymond and Lizza. First off, Lizza spaghetti is cooked and boiled in water, if you drain it completely the spaghetti with dry out and stick together. And Raymond, the waiter's accent isn't even Italian speaks Spanish..
Anyways, I love this Restaurant! I am Italian and I can say honestly that there are no good Italian restaurants at all in California, so if you think Olive Garden and Macaroni is real food, you are crazy! Aldolino's food is as close as it gets to good Italian food. They have many different varieties and everything that I tried was delicious. Especially their bread!
Just a tip: Most Italian people who go to an Italian Restaurant never order spaghetti and meatballs or fettuccine alfredo, that's just way to simple and boring, that's not even a real traditional dish. It's like going to Taco Bell for authentic Mexican tacos. Many of the specials here are very good! Try something different! My favorite is the Pasta Della Casa! -

Can't remember when i went here. It was a few weeks ago.
We were seated quickly and order was taken very quickly, then the bread basket came. Nothing fancy or anything, just plain ol' white bread.
I ordered the Lasagna, she ordered the Penne Pasta.
The lasagna was ok. I've definitely had better at many other places. But it wasn't bad. The meat in it reminded me of meatloaf. It was rather moist. I'm not used to that.
The penne pasta. Another story. It had crushed red pepper in it. Interesting. Marinara sauce with a kick. Was really good at first...but a little too overwhelming. It got old after awhile. Kind of reminded me of a dish I had a Thaitalian ( a restaurant in Old Towne Pasadena).
Overall...staff was nice and prompt. I'm rating 3 stars because it's nothing special. I may go there again if I'm in the area and want some decent italian food. But I probably would not make it a point to go here. -

The neighborhood seemed pretty shady, but the restaurant inside was nice. Enjoyed our meal; everything was tasty. The service was good and the waiters were friendly. The bread that they give you when you sit down was sooo tasty. I would've been fine with just the bread :)
I would definitely go back.
It's nice to have good local Italian food for a change, as it seems to be pretty non-existent in the west covina area. -

San Dimas, CA
My first encounter was ordering out with the usual antipasto salad and garlic and pepperoni pizza.
You say you like garlic, but this is for the true garlic lover. Tho one who will go back to the box to search for the flavorful morsels to devour or even swiping them off other slices.
Once I even tried the chicken caprese sandwich with grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, olive oil, basil and balsamic vinaigrette. I figured it would still just be a sandwich, but i was mistaken. It was so good that i snarled at anyone who asked for a bite.
Finally took an opportunity to have dinner in the restaurant. First walking in, its not what you expect from the outside. There is soft lighting and light music. Few tables that you pretty much seat yourself. Our waiter, one of two, was very open to questions and was knowledgeable with every special.
We received our pepsi and passion iced tea along with complimentary rosemary bread and butter. We ordered a tempura style fried salmon salad with a ginger vinaigrette, that had so much flavor we found ourselves wiping the plate clean with pieces of bread. I was hoping that plates would've been pushed out a little faster, but we demolished the spinach ravioli-cooked perfectly, smooth creamy inside, seafood-with amazingly fresh shrimp, scallops, and muscles with a lemon grass kick and black bean soup-that was so tasty and hearty it was perfect for the cold weather.
There was a mix up with my order, although I'd realized it halfway through that I actually hadn't ordered the black bean. It was so good I didn't want to put my spoon down to point out the mistake. It was realized by the two servers helping us, but at that point the restaurant's dinner service was in full swing and I wasn't about to wait an hour for another entree. We were also pleased to noticed we were not charged for the soup mix up.
Overall, I love this place and I intend to be a faithful patron. -

I used to visit this place often as a child with my grandma. Last night I took my mom and my son and we had a delicious dinner!
I started with the Caesar salad which was wonderful! The lettuce was cut in small pieces it was perfectly dressed and tossed and the garlic croutons melted in my mouth! My mom had a house salad which was good as well. Then we shared a mushroom pepperoni pizza and it was so good! It had fresh basil and a zesty marinara sauce.
The service was very friendly. My son is only 11 months and our waiter very kindly brought us a high chair and engaged in my son throughout the meal. I highly recommend eating here! And afterwards visit the Mexican bakery next door, delicious! -

I had the pesto salad and it was amazing. Not too oily nor too garlic. The perfect mix. Also ordered the calamari. Not the best, but the squid was fresh.
The pizza was exceptional as well. Definitely a hole in the wall but worth it. A must for Covina food. -

Affordable Gourmet Italian food. Try the veal or chicken picatta. There is a different type of soup everyday, whether it's cream of broccoli, asparagus, bean etc...
The owner really knows his food and makes good suggestions. Fresh bread, tasty dressing, vegetables that are cooked perfectly.
.... creme brulet...tiramisu...
Even if you are from the area, it's easy to miss... it's kind of hidden in the back corner of a strip mall. Definately worth finding. -

I have been going here for years.
The first time I went here was for a team banquet for our tennis team in 1998 and I've been returning since.
In the past few years, I've seen a tremendous improvement in Aldolino's. The food has exponentially gotten better and the service has become a place that sets the bar for virtually all other restaurants. No matter what, whenever my friends and I come here, we always leave happy.
I really don't have any complaints here. Absolutely none. I must say though, that if you go, try a special. These change frequently but I have not had one that I did not like. -

I have been to this place a couple of times.
Food: I thought it was really good, the sandwiches are really yummy, and the pastas ( I ve tried maybe 3 of them) have all been really tasty
Ambiance: Great, you cant even notice the green floor!
Service: I thought it was great the first couple of times, If its busy though the service really takes a hit so beware...
Price: The prices have gone up in these last couple of months....=( ...still not bad prices but will def not be coming back as often.. -

This restaurant might be the best Italian place in a 10 mile radius.
Soooooo good, sooooo Italian, and oh ya the service rocks.
Oh don't be fooled by the outside appearance, inside its a whole different story, it seems like the ghetto but inside its 5 stars.
Great selection of wine and DESERTS melt in your mouth.
Def. a must have, soooo worth the drive.
