I'm not really a fan of Albertsons because in my experience they are always more expensive than other options.
This location is really big and pretty darn nice inside. Plus the deli has a lot of good and inexpensive lunch options to buy. However, I didn't really enjoy any of this because of the bitch I asked to help me. You work in a supermarket deli, when someone asks for help you don't roll your eyes. What I needed took all of 30 seconds and apparently that was too much work.
That aside, I'd come back because they have a good premade lunch selection of salads and sandwiches. Next time I have more time to browse, I'll check out the rest of the market. -

Ok, so I go to Albertsons because it's convenient. Being retired military, it's far cheaper for me to shop at the commissary on base, but that requires planning, lol. Albertsons is right down the street. It's large, and clean. I buy a lot from the deli and the produce section, and don't have any complaints whatsoever about the service I've received there. One guy insisted I sample everything, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. It worked though -- I ended up trying a lot of new things.
So, why only three stars? Well, it's more expensive than the competition. Often it's difficult to find things...the store layout doesn't seem as intuitive as other stores. And, there always seems to be a long wait to check out.
I've come to believe that one should have to pass a basic competency test before being able to use the self-checkout lanes. if you need help scanning every item, can't figure out where to put your money, etc....you SHOULD NOT use these lanes.
There is also a US Bank inside. And two Red Boxes. -

This Albertson is very organized and clean. The employees here are very nice and are also willing to help. They have 2 red box's which is always convenient. They also have a Bank Of America and a Starbuks. Their flowers selections are the best that I have ever seen in a supermarket.

This is my favorite Albertsons in the area because the employees are always friendly and helpful and they are the first grocery store in the area to have cherries! I go here for my Italian tuna (they are out right now - $1 per small can packed in olive oil-can't eat it any other way), and bitter melon. They have a nice international, organic, gluten free section. I always go here, because I like it best.
