This is my favorite local grocery store. They have a good selection of organic products, which I appreciate, and there are several staffers who regularly ask customers if they're finding what they need, need any assistance, etc. They seem to do a good job opening up extra lanes at checkout and getting people through.

There are 2 Albertson's grocery stores. on Pico in San Clemente.
The one closest to Talega is great; friendly employees and a large clean store, quick checkout.
The one by the SC High School, however, seems to be without a Manager. At noon, there was 1 (slow) checker. They encouraged the customers to use the self-checkout. So 6 people were in line for the self-checkout....I guess eventually they will do away with checkers altogether.

i purchased culinary circle bread at this market an found a three inch rusty nail baked in side the bread. called store they sent me a three dollar coupon. Although i wasnt physically harmed by this, my food was contaminated and that is very disturbing. Called the FDA and they seem to think its no big deal, Culinary Circle will send me some more bread, YIKES!!!!! Wont be shopping here anytime soon or purchasing ANYTHING from Culinary Circle.
