I shop at this store more than the rest. Staff is friendly and always help when I need it. It is the closest to my home & a lot friendlier than the Ralph's in Talega. They are always willing to help you and ask if you need assistance to find something. They also seem genuinely happy to see me and ask how I am every time I go in.

GREAT Albertson's with GREAT service! Once I couldn't find something and the lady came and helped me find exactly what I needed instead of just giving me the aisle number. Another time I wanted to return an item, without the packaging but with the receipt and it was quick and painless. In and out in 1.5 minutes.

My review deals mainly with the poor customer service that is provided by this store. After the bag boy bagged my groceries i thanked him and his reply was, "yeah". I also used the Starbucks at that location and thanked the attendant after she gave me my drink and her response was exactly the same, "yeah". I will no longer use either location for any of my needs. Not to mention that the prices for goods at Alertstoners are way too HIGH. Oh, and their parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. Stater Bros gets my business from now on. Better service/parking lot and prices.

The Starbucks serves cold weak coffee, the trash was overflowing, the creamner was out. They made me oatmeal soup in a cup, they were out of the oat meat conatainers. NEVER AGAIN, go to the real starbucks next door, 1000% better!!!!!!!!.
The Bathroom in this grocery store is nasty. I have used it a few times, and everytime it is just gross. Pee and POO!!! yes poo on the floor in the stall. Dirty muddy floor, just gross and it is in a food store. I was going to youtube it, next time I guess. -

Not only is this the best grocery store within a 15 mile radius of my house, but it is hands down the best Albertsons I have ever been to.
Down the street from my house (less than .5 miles) I have a Stater Brothers, a Ralphs, and a Trader Joes. Though I LOVE TJ's, for non-TJ's food I will often get on the freeway, drive two exits south, and go to THIS store instead.
All of the departments are very large and the selection here is amazing. there are a lot of things that I LOVE that I cannot find at the stores closest to me.....weird stuff like lean ground lamb meat and fat free ricotta cheese. The soymilk selection is great too; the only thing I wish they had more of was soy yogurt, but that seems to be improving as well. The selection here is so large that it is almost intimidating, but the store is well organized and incredibly clean all of the time.
The produce selection here is large and varied, with a lot of organic options as well. Produce tastes great and is usually cheaper than the Ralphs near me.
The meat and seafood departments here are excellent, and my mom even asked them once if they had any large cow bones for the dogs, and they very nicely gave her some really cheap. There is a Starbucks inside that I don't frequent anymore (sorry SB....my loyalty has gone over to Peet's and CB&TL) but when I did frequent it, the drink quality was higher than most regular Starbucks locations.
In addition to ALL of that...the employees here are amazing. Incredibly professional and kind. In February, I was robbed, and the robbers took my credit cards and used them at a string of stores (including this one) in this shopping center. The management was incredibly kind and went out of their way to try to cooperate with the police to give them surveillance photos and any evidence and help they might need.
When I was doing the Avon Walk For Breast Cancer a few years ago, they also let us do a fundraiser here, (a bake sale) and our biggest customers were the employees themselves!
There is almost nothing that they don't have here, but if you manage to find something, they are always taking suggestions.
The lot is often busy; it is in the same center as a Wal-Mart, Michaels, Lowes, and many other businesses, so don't be a parking vulture; just take the first spot you see to save yourself some headache.
Even though this is not my neighborhood...I drive out of my way to make this my neighborhood store.Listed in: Places to Go In My 'Hood, Sick

This is the closest grocery store to my work...so I frequent here a lot on my fast lunch breaks. Normally I don't like Albertsons because the one by my house is dirty...and a friend of mine worked at an Albertsons for about 3 months and I always hear horror stories from him about this certain chain grocery store.
But, this Albertson is actually decent. I usually buy their fresh produce (mainly fruit) and they are always really fresh and tasty. I have bought pre made sandwiches from this store as well, and they have always been made fresh and tasty too. The employees are friendly and are always helpful if I have a question on where something is. The store is nicely kept up and very clean.
Two thumbs up for this Albertsons! -

Not long ago this was a new store and all was well. Since it had to compete w/ Ralph's and their response to other's; this Albertson's was spruced up. And their staff seems to be more alert than ever. Not to take anything away from the friendly people down the road reppin' the other Albertson's across from S.C. high, but; the management at the spruced-up spot are doin' things.
They may not be playing host to radio-stations and parking lot roller-coaster's, but that's just because the parking-lots is ALWAYS packed.
Maybe it's because of the Starbucks, or the Bank, or the deli. Oh - hold-up - it's the Pharmacy. I should've known. ;)
Don't forget your dry-ice!
