My landlord called Albert twice in recent years for a clogged drain and a broken toilet. I was always impressed with his visits.
When we had the clogged drain, my landlord gave him the wrong key and while he was away to get the right key, he called to reschedule our appointment because he had to fix someone else's broken water heater. Their emergency was a higher priority than my clogged drain and I understood that. Albert came the very next morning.
He always showed up and worked quickly and was a pretty nice guy. I can't speak to his prices since it was my landlord who ordered his services. The fact that my landlord owns several properties and uses him repeatedly must mean he's fairly-priced, too. -

OUTSTANDING.
Albert is a very nice guy and he got my bathroom back to working order in no time. It was kind of a messy job but he kept it under control and the surrounding area stayed completely clean. Albert was also extremely helpful accommodating my limited availability.

Albert was great! I called him and he came over within an hour. He was polite and professional. I'm not sure how the price compares but it cost $110 to fix a super drained shower, which I thought was reasonable.
