Meet the Manager: Walter H.

Attorney Walter A. Haynes, IV focuses on catastrophic injury and death cases.  Walter's experience as a California Highway Patrolman, an accident reconstructionist, and a licensed private investigator contribute to our client's success.  While serving as a member of the California Highway Patrol, Walt trained as an accident reconstructionist. Walt has investigated over 3,000 motor vehicle accidents for both the Highway Patrol and allied agencies.  Walt has served as both an expert accident reconstructionist and a licensed private investigator, consulting on investigations and issues of case theory for lawyers specializing in personal injury and product liability litigation.  Walt regularly litigates a broad variety of cases including wrongful death, multi-vehicle car crashes, vehicle crashworthiness, pedestrian injuries, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, dangerous roads and intersections, product liability cases in addition to standing up for the rights of neglected elders.
