These buildings are clean and well maintained........BUT.......for whatever reason (they're old, poorly built, etc) the walls, floors and ceilings are paper thin. I lived there for several years and could hear the goings-on in pretty much every apartment around me, including the man above me urinating. Some people aren't noise sensitive and for them, I say it would be a great place to live. But if you like to sleep and exist in quiet, I would look elsewhere.
