I was very pleased at how kind, personable, and how comfortable he made my first experience at his shop. He reminded me of my Dad. He gave me a fair price for some jewelry I needed to part with to help in our time of need. He is most knowledgable and passionate about his business. The owner is super helpful, knows his business quite well~ if you are looking to sell, or he has quite the selection of nice coins and jewelry if you are looking to buy. I would definately reccomend.

Once we were finally able to go and shoot it, the gun jammed constantly on every second shot, and many times throughout the 8 round magazine. (I looked this up online and its apparently a well known issue) Essentially we were sold a non working gun.
We spoke to the person that sold it to him at a gun show, and he advised us to bring it back and that he would 'Make it Right' and we picked a new pistol for exchange. We went in today to make that exchange and at the end of the transaction were informed that we would be 'eating' $60 of that purchase price because they have to buy it back from us. Buy back a NON working gun that THEY sold us. This is NOT taking care of the customer or making it right.
I am quite sure that they will send it back to Taurus and it will be replaced with a NEW pistol that they will in turn sell as new, shady business people.
I did get a good pistol, but that has nothing to do with them OR Taurus and everything to do with Smith & Wesson.
We will never spend another penny in that store, nor will we recommend it to anyone.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0

If you want rock-bottom prices then research things yourself and buy on the internet. If you are looking for a legit deal then these guys aren't too bad. Some people complain they sell junk. No, you bought the cheapest
