This is just for their nurse advice line, which totally rocks.  When I am up late at night, sleep deprived and worrying about a sick child, their nurse advice line always comes through for me.  My son had a lot of wakeful, colicky nights as a baby and toddler so this free service has been totally invaluable.  The nurses are knowledgeable, reassuring, and very professional. Even though I'm in California currently I still call when there is a toss up as to whether we should seek additional care, and if not to get care instructions.
