I called these guys 3 times to try to get someone to schedule an appointment. I wanted them to help me install a full on alarm system with monitoring (a very expensive project) and they didn't even have the decency to call me back. I have no idea how they have so many positive reviews.

When you hear, "mom and pop" shop, you usually think of food. You also think of personal service, usually from someone who owns the place. Well, Alarm Central is one of those mom and pop places family owned and operated. I needed an alarm for my business when we started up last year, and luckily, Alarm Central was a few buildings over from us.
The level of service and expertise one receives from Jim, Lauren, Jack, Dick and the rest of the crew is unsurpassed. I didn't really know much about alarms, and Jim took the time to check out my place and give me the scoop on what type of protection I needed. I didn't get pushed into buying products and services I didn't need, and I was given different options to make me feel at ease about my decision. Pricing was fair and clear. I had a power outage a few months back, and the alarm system had gone down. I was notified immediately, and a service call was made to fix the problem.
A++++++ for all that these guys do. Keep it up!! -

These guys are great. Very courteous and super friendly.
They installed our stores alarm system and also put in our phone lines and jacks. The price was very reasonable and they gave us a Yelp discount.
Jim I believe is the owner and he come out while the guys worked on the project. There was a problem a few days after with one of the sensors and they immediately came out and fixed it... -

5 star reviews consistently can't be wrong, and they definitely were not. Jim and his crew are superstars when it comes to securing your home or business. We had some really old equipment that they were able to get working, and get us all taken care of code wise for the city. These guys are absolute top notch, I would recommend them to any other business owners looking for a professional, extremely knowledgeable and fast turnaround company.

Alarm Central installed an alarm in my house back in 2006 and I've had zero problems with it in 5 years. Their monitoring fees are reasonable and their staff members are very amicable. Recently, I had them install a complete home theater system in my living room. When I informed them that I had found a better price on the TV, the owner price matched it the same day! I'm so glad I didn't go with a Best Buy system.......there is a huge difference.
Billings and service are first class. Thanks guys keep up the good work. -

OK, this is the 2nd time I have used this company. I had the owner set me up with a new alarm and 4 camera system. The alarm works great but it's the camera system that is awesome. We have to ability to watch our business live from our laptop computer. Also, we can see what is going on by simply watching my iPhone. The picture quality is very nice, even at night. Great system and great service. We are very happy with Alarm Central. Tell the owner that David sent you!

Alarm central has provided us years of fantastic service, maintenance and accurate billing. They have also installed our central vacuum system and maintained the components and provided all the necessary supplies. They recently installed our surround sound entertainment system. Which included speakers in three rooms with volume controls and two several outdoor speakers with controls. We are very pleased with the product they sell and the quality of installations. This is one of the few companies left that truly cares about customer service. We would recommend them to anybody.

Such a pleasure to work with a company so customer service oriented. I had my Pilates studio wired for satellite radio and the experience from estimate to installation couldn't have been better. Jim is as nice as they come and the rest of the staff is super responsive, returning calls and emails immediately. The installation process was totally painless - the technician showed up early and was done in half the time expected. His work was impeccable and even found the vacuum to clean up when he was done! I highly recommend them!
