Alan Waltz is THE BEST DJ one can find! We recently hired Alan for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah and he was absolutely outstanding in every way. Alan -- with his fantastic music and engaging personality -- transformed our event into one of the most fun, entertaining, engaging, and smoothly-run events I have ever attended. He not only managed to keep dozens of teenagers dancing and playing games the whole time, he and his great dancers, RJ and Devin, had the entire crowd (ages 4 to 84) dancing and enjoying themselves. People are STILL talking about how it was the best party they have ever attended and how great our DJ Alan was. Alan was the ideal Master of Ceremonies. Alan not only provides a great selection of music, he also provides great games and activities for the teens and helps with the timeline and flow of your event. Alan was also especially wonderful with our kids.
Even the guests who don't usually dance, found themselves irresistibly drawn to the dance floor with Alan as the DJ!
Alan has a unique ability to relate well to people of all ages and a gift to turn the ordinary party into something truly extraordinary and memorable. He is the perfect combination of professional and fun.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone who wants to have a GREAT party. He was worth every penny.

I have heard fabulous things about the DJ services provided by Grady. However, I never got the opportunity to use the services and was left in quite a difficult situation. I felt that there were major difficulties in communication and follow through by the company's owner. In my opinion, promises that were made were not followed through and things put in writing did not match my understanding of phone conversations on several occasions. It seemed like our events were not valued by this company, perhaps because it was a smaller contract, profit-wise. In the end, we did not receive a completed, signed contract on time to use them and I was left scrambling for someone last minute. In my opinion, having great services at the event are not worth the hassles that I had dealing with this company.

I've worked with Alan on several events in the past - both at weddings and bar mitzvahs. He and his team are great to work with, very professional, friendly, and really know how to entertain party guests without being "cheesy" or overzealous on the microphone. I'd definitely recommend Alan for any type of event - whether social or corporate, he'll do a fantastic job and keep everyone dancing.

We used Alan for our wedding and were hugely impressed! Having been to a few events that he had worked in the past few years, we knew that Alan had a special touch and could really make a event special, so there was no hesitation to use him for our wedding when the time came.
Our guests were all very complimentary and everybody had a great time! We expected that, what we were very pleasantly surprised with was Alan's incredible help with planning our evening. He helped us nail down details of every part of our wedding ceremony and reception and arrange the schedule in a way that worked for us and allowed us to get all 200 guests involved.
I would highly recommend Alan Walz Entertainment to anyone looking for a professional DJ! -

I will decline an event if I feel I cannot provide the proper entertainment for a successful party.
