Crown Valley Dental states that they "can provide you with exceptional quality dentistry and service." This statement is understatement of what Dr. Alan and his team provide to their customers. If you read any of the previous comments in Yelp, you will see that others like myself have been coming to Dr. Alan for years... his staff who are equally warm, wonderful, helpful and amazing have also been with Dr. Alan for years. Going to Crown Valley dental is like visiting family or friends! They really care about you, your life, your family's life and more.
In addition to this warm friendly environment, you will have access to most extraordinary dentist: Dr. Alan. No joke... if you don't live in Orange County, he is worth the drive. When I met Dr. Alan 9 years ago, I had developed sever Dental Anxiety. By the end of my first appointment with Dr. Alan I felt relaxed. He knows his stuff, he is honest, he tells you everything he is doing before he does it, explains the process of the dental work he will/can do for you, gives you options and really cares enough to make sure you understand, he is genuinely cares for people and wants to do what ever he can. For example, it was three days before my honeymoon and my tooth chipped. It was Friday night at 9:30pm; I called the Dental office to leave a message hoping/praying there would be time for him to see me Monday morning before my flight. Not only did he answer his phone (he had his calls transferred to his home), but he saw me Saturday morning to fix my dental dilemma, just so I wouldn't have to deal with the discomfort all weekend. Amazing! They really broke the dental mold when they made Dr. Alan!
It is hard to believe, but I look forward to my dental visits now! My anxiety is cured... I have the best dentist in the world who has created a warm and friendly office that you just can't get anywhere else. Even my husband can't believe how personal and honest Dr. Alan is... he experienced many dentists who misrepresented themselves while I sought a reputable dentist who could help me with my dental woes. He use to have to come with me to my dentist appointments (the anxiety thing), but not anymore. Well now he still goes the Crown Valley Dental office, but it is for his own dental appointments!
Pricewise, at the end of the day it is not only comparable to what you would spend elsewhere, but overall, the cost will be less, because Dr. Alan always believes in looking towards future health grin, which really save you $$ down the line. You will not regret switching to Dr. Alan or bringing your family here for AMAZING service with smile! I have had the worst luck with dentists until I was referred to Dr. Nguyen at Crown Valley Dental. The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I have moved to LA and still drive all the way down to Laguna because he is that good. The new offices are state of the art and now I can watch Discovery Channel or another channel while having my teeth done. Dr. Nguyen also stands by his work, I had some work done on a couple teeth and he had me back for some minor repairs for no extra charge. In many other cases, dentists would charge you twice, but Dr. Nguyen is most concerned with the patient, not how much he can make off you. Best dentist I've been to by far! -

I wrote a review before...but it somehow disappeared, so let me try this again!
Most people I know hate going to the dentist. They talk about it grudgingly both before and after they visit. Not even the free toothbrush seems to make the experience pleasant! Because of Dr. Nguyen and his amazing staff, I am not one of those people!
I like going to the dentist. Michelle at the front desk greets me each time as though I am an old friend just coming over for a visit. All of the ladies that have worked on my teeth have been so sweet and kind. Dr. Nguyen always welcomes me as though he is welcoming me into his own home. He remembers who I am and what important things are happening in my life, which is impressive, because all he really needs to worry about are my teeth! I trust his knowledge and judgment completely. He corrected a few fillings that another dentist had done, because they had left my bite screwed up and I had some headaches. In about 10 seconds everything was fixed (I had gone back to visit the other dentist twice, and he wasn't able to fix it!).
I recruited my husband years ago, and would recommend Dr. Nguyen to absolutely anyone. -

I was a new patient but the dentist really took his time with me and provided me with very good information. All he has done for me so far is a cleaning, exam, and whiting so I will update with more information as time goes on.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff assistant (Michelle) provides excellent service and patient care for our family of five. We have a disable child who loves going to Dr. Nguyen's office. Dr. Nguyen is not only personable and caring, but also provides high quality dental care. He and his staff are true professionals. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in our area or moving to the Laguna Niguel area. He makes going to the "dentist" a pleasurable experience. Thank you Dr Nguyen and Michelle. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Alan Nguyen's for 10 years. We have had such a positive experience under his care that we followed him from a previous dental group to his private practice and have remained with him exclusively despite the fact that we now live in the Long Beach area.
Dr. Nguyen and his staff are professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The caring environment that Dr. Nguyen has created has helped my 13-year-old daughter through some difficult dental procedures. I trust Dr. Nguyen with all of my family's dental needs and without hesitation recommend him with the highest regards. -

I have been over a dozen different dentists and always thought they were alright, then I visited Dr. Nguyen - a COMPLETELY different (and lovely) experience. I never thought I would use the word lovely when referring to a dentist, either. But he really does go above and beyond. He uses state of the art equipment, he does great work, his office is very clean and Michelle the receptionist is an absolute doll! I recommend him to all of my friends and family!
