History
Established in 1988
After working for a different agency for several years, Alan decided he wanted to be his own boss. He purchased an existing agency and it has achieved tremendous grown due to a knowledgeable, friendly staff and a wide variety of insurance products designed ot satisfy many needs.
Meet the Business Owner: Carrie R.
Like so many, Carrie is an "accidental insurance agent." She graduated from college not knowing what to do next, so decided her father's insurance agency was a good start. That was in 1996.
This many years later, the business has remained a good fit and she truly loves what she does- helping people via insurance. People come to her with problems, she listens, then offers solutions.
Educating her customers is key, along with having fun. Insurance doesn't have to be boring or dry. She even has an alter ego, "The Insurance Goddess", who visits customers and local businesses to help promote their business and also insurance awareness.
She also writes a blog, "Confessions of an Insurance Goddess", that explains different insurance topics in easy to understand terms.
Favorite hobbies include playing the clarinet, riding her motorcycle, scrapbooking and reading.
