The car wash and the woman inside terrible. No soap came out of the nozzles. This had happened a couple of times before too, so I went inside to tell them and her response was looks clean to me, we just had it serviced. I left my number for the manager and no response. I no longer service my families cars or company vehicle there. We had been going once a week for the wash too.

I never thought I'd be this passionate about a Gas Station Car Wash, but do yourself a favor and leave your car dirty - don't pay for this car wash!
In fact, I don't even think I'd use it for free!
I was in Alamo and needed gas and thought a quick car wash would be nice. So I picked the Shell because the Chevron across the street doesn't have a wash, I had never tried it before so it may be fabulous? WRONG.
I paid for the highest one ($10 I think?)
It was slow. It is super old. It didn't wash anything off my car. The foam was only coming out one of the three sprayers, and when the "dryer" was going by it was still spilling foam all over my car.
They know that your car will still be soaked when it finishes, so they politely offer towels, great! WRONG again. The towels are small and very rough, I used it to wipe off the foam, dry off my windshield, and that was it. Too much effort for my car that was still dirty.
I won't return to this car wash, and probably won't ever get gas there again just out of principle! Head over to the Chevron in Danville if you are looking for a quick wash (and DRY) that'll actually work!
