Review from Shiho F.
Carmel by the Sea, CA
So when I realized I left CO without my watch and bracelet on my left hand (the 2 things I never leave home without, you know the kind of stuff that you feel naked without) and then having heard my name on the loud speakers at DIA (Denver International Airport) "Final Boarding Call for Shiho F.____________." Running past the gate (since no one was standing there anymore) and hopping onto the airplane packed with people looking at me PO-ed, me with a bag of food from Einstein's Bagel and a bag full of gift cards from a local shop... I realized my cell phone wasn't in my purse! WTF!!!
I left it in our rental car, find out from a friend in LA (who was also on this trip to CO) that the "rental" was rented through Alamo. So when I arrived in Monterey 9 hours after I left Denver, I thought there is not much I can do but I could hit up the Alamo counter. the lovely lady behind the counter was more than helpful to help me find my cell phone. She scoured some data and found a number I could call but unfortunately it was a message center which told me to leave my name and number and what I had lost etc... Not very helpful and I didn't even get a call back but the lady did everything in her power to help me and that is all that mattered.
I get home and start to unpack. I find my watch, bracelet and finally my cell phone. I'm lucky, I'm not as stupid as I think I am.
