Price: Cheap, go online and find specials to play there.  They also have a good deal at their driving range, especially if you buy one of their discount cards.

Fairways:  Sorta existent but not really.  Very short distance also.
Greens:  Decent.

Who its for:  Rusty golfers or people just picking up the game.  Wouldn't exactly use the course for your USGA handicap.
