Yelp is all about finding those hidden gems and Aladdin's is chock full of them! Located on the first floor of a giant antique mall, Aladdin's is a space where you can find anything from old vinyls to furniture to old school lunchboxes and much, much more!
As an admirer of both shabby chic and mid century modern furniture, I was in hog heaven here! I landed an amazing find with some mid-century walnut side tables for only $15 a piece! One had significant water stains but after sanding them down, re-staining them and rubbing them down with lemon oil, they're worth over $100 a piece! What a great find. Now I'm not sure whether I should keep them or sell them for a big profit!
I've also found other cool stuff like street lights, vintage coke bottles, books and jewelry. You'll need at least 20 mins to do a quick round of the store but if you have more time you're sure to find some stuff you never knew you always needed.Listed in: When I'm OFF the Hill, Bellingham, WA

We cruised into this basement antique shop and thought it was cool. Lots of well organized stuff in various booths with several vendors contributing. The place had a nice vibe. The owner was chatting it up with some happy customers.
There were lots of seemingly neglected record albums in the back area but we know that old vinyl is making a come back. Plenty of old furniture, glass ware, vintage toys, old advertising, mod lamps, old skipper dolls, car stuff, and gobs of primitive barn fresh stuff.
Didn't find anything to buy here but the looking around was fun. -

Aladdin's is one of my top 5 favorite establishments in the 'ham. Lots of great antiques, vintage housewares, unique gifts and nick-knacks. I never leave there empty-handed.
They also have a ton of hi-fi stereo equipment, receivers & speakers, and an arsenal of vinyl records. They know what they've got, so don't expect to find a steal but everything is appropriately priced. Their customer service is GREAT. They are always friendly and willing to help. They even helped me trouble-shoot the problem with my receiver. This store is awesome. -

I went here for some record hunting and although they have some older 70's and 80's common titles and what seems to be decent prices of around $5 - $11 for decent shaped records with shitty jacket condition, it wasn't that bad. I found some gems in the store, however, nothing that really stood out for me in Vinyl department. I looked at their 90's and Indie stuff and released that they were selling a lot of bootlegs without even knowing it more likely. I found a Tool Undertow boot which looked really suspicious to me (I trust my instincts when it comes to music). I later found out from the guy that I am dating that it was in fact a bootleg. I wanted to let the store know via e-mail that they need to check the information on some of the stuff that comes into the store. I love Vintage Toys, however, given the creditability of the Vinyl, I was very hesitant to buy anything from the store even though there were tons of cool items. I tried getting some assistance as there were a few not so bank breaking items that I was interested in, however, assistance was very minimal and whenever I did try to get help, they all acted like they had thumbs up their asses. I am used to this, however, I can see how this would be a put off to others. I asked if they had Beatles 78's and they didn't seem to enthused to help me. I know that 78's go for a shitload of money, however, I guess 'cause I didn't look like a collector or someone who had money, they seemed disinterested in helping me. I would go back, however, on my own terms to get some other Kitsch things. I haven't dismissed this place completely.
P.S. They had an illegal Springsteen boot in the Vinyl section, therefore, if you have an ebay or Popsike app...use it in the store before buying. -
