    What can I say this place is awesome good service and very attentive to the customer. I went to this place to buy a car they gave me a good deal on a Nissan altima. I felt comfortable there. If you go to buy a car here ask for Radek Budzik this is the guy that hook me up. I definitely recommend this place.

    Al Piemonte has good service department.  They treat you with respect and offer competitive prices -- for a dealership.  They are usually very fast and keep the service lines moving.  I shopped around the other Nissan dealers on the north side and Al Piemonte offered the best prices and even told me about discounts on services.

    I found a Nissan Rogue that was listed online for a great price.  I specifically called the dealership to make sure they had it in stock and it was in fact for the listed price.  I talked to Alex and he told me that they did indeed have the car for that price.  I drove an hour to the dealership and when I met Alex he told me he could not help me because he was leaving and gave me to another salesman.  When I told him about the car he went to go get the keys to test drive the car and came back and said he could not find the car.  Instead he wanted me to test drive the more expensive car without the options of the car listed online.  He then "discovered" that they had traded the car this morning.  So why couldn't Alex tell me that on the phone?  They were unwilling to deal on the Rogue without any added options which was priced higher than the one online with options.  When I talked to Alex he also told me that they had at least 6 Rogues... there was only one.  Then the new sales man began telling me contradicting facts based on what Alex told me on the phone.  I wasted 2.5 hours dealing with this bs!  I am cautioning you not to go here.  If you do... plan on getting scammed...

    Got a great deal on a 2011 Nissan Sentra. I went to a dealer the day before and they tried selling the same car to me but at almost $2000 more. The guys here are very nice and willing to do what they can for a sale. They even called  a few days after I bought the car to see how I liked it. If thats not good customer service then I dont know what is. Thanks! =)

    I dealt with Jessica at the service desk to get a new intelligent key programmed and also get a recall issue taken care of.  I was brought in, taken care of, and everything was resolved in the 30-45 minutes I was quoted.  The price for key programming was almost half what other dealerships are charging.  I will absolutely go back.
