This is my place for getting repairs and routine maintenance done. They've handled everything for me from oil changes, tire rotations, tire patching up to suspension and electrical work. Every time I bring my car in there, I'm treated well and I get reasonable prices for the work done. If there's work that needs to be done, it gets pointed out to me. I don't feel like I'm getting sold a bill of goods for work that doesn't need to be done.
They offer a courtesy shuttle to take you somewhere while your car's getting worked on. I've used theirs on numerous occasions to head to the gym and get in a workout while my car's getting fixed. Big benefit to me, as I work 10-hour shifts at night and like to get my workout done in the morning before I go to sleep.
I may be able to get better prices somewhere if I shopped around, but I don't think that'd be worth it, considering the service I've received here. -

al piemonte ford in melrose park, illinois are total scumbags!!! from their runt salesmen mobster wanna be's, to their management (the biggest of the scumbags is todd) they lie about every and anything!!! they are all no good!!! not the place to buy a car from, unless you want to get bent over without anal lubricant!!! and their service department, please don't even let me get started about that because there is not enough room for all the negative shit i will say about the service department.

Al Piemonte is a lying douchebag! He puts an ad in the Red Eye for a one day only sale where he puts his overstocked inventory on sale for super cheap. Some cars starting at $79 dollars plus the fees for a title and what not. So we call on Thursday when we saw this ad to ask some questions and the lady on the phone was a complete idiot and had no idea what we were asking...that probably should have been a hint this was a big scam. We get there super early and what do we see, a sign saying "PRICE CUTTER SALE CANCELLED" What?? Its funny how the sign was PRE-MADE PIEMONTE! This was a scam from the beginning to get people to come see their overpriced cars. Over the intercom the man says "The price cutter sale cancelled due to state regulations" BS! State regulations my arse.
They had about 20 crappy cars for sale for under $5000 but even those cars they were trying to scam the poor blacks and hispanics who are desperately in need of a car. He was trying to sell this crappy like white car with over 300,000 miles for $3000! are you crazy you old man? I saw Piemonte on his cell outside and he was lucky I didn't hit him right there and then. I'm surprised no one else scraped him for being the biggest send off ever.
DO NOT GO TO AL PIEMONTE! He is a cheat, liar, scam artist, BASTARD! -

We bought a minivan and a Ford 500 here many years ago. They were reasonable - not overly pushy and met our needs in terms of cars and payments. I only went back there for a service a few times. I felt the services were overpriced as dealerships often are. However, it was clean and friendly. My husband really prefers Golf Mill Ford in Niles so most of our service and next car purchase happened out there.

My father and I went here to looking buy a cheap used car, as my father had very recently purchased from this dealership, a used Explorer that ,despite being the apple of his eye...guzzles gasoline like a dozen college frat boys. So off we went to seek out a used sedan. Nothing pricey, as we were paying cash and wanted something to putt around in and was easy on gas.
So we called Al Piemonte Ford. We were told they had only one car in our price range (under $4k). We take a look and while its not the car to make head turns...its not an ugly one either and suits our needs.....so cash we paid and now its ours (well, technically mine.lol) The car was a great deal and I will probably be going back next year to get another car if I opt not to keep this one . Sales team was courteous and even gave us a free tank of gas. YESSSSS!!!!!
Only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because the salesperson didn't bother to speak to me..he only spoke to my father (although we made it clear that I was the one holding the cash) When I requested that a child seat anchor be put in the car he did tell me that there was a charge (uhhhh no..not at a ford dealer sweetie) and he didnt want to have the car detailed for the price we were paying....fortunately, I made it clear that I wanted the car detailed or I would go somewhere else and find one that was. Of course, suddely he could squeeze in having the car detailed.

Recently we took the car in for minor work to be expected on a used car and there was a major money guzzling problem. We call the dealer, they said bring it in and the prob was fixed. So I've upped my rating to 4 stars...would have put 4.5 if I could. -

Dont' go to them!! they are lying about the price, so people come back and sign the contract with the higher price without telling you!!they really think we are stupid!! we yelled at Jack Zaremba that he is a liar and he agreed with us, and told us that we would not come back to him if he did not lie!! but you know what? we still bought the car because we made it a little bit lower than on the contract but it was still not what he said over the phone....so he is a liar like everybody there and he thinks that he speaks polish and english, so he can treat polish customers like idiots!!i am polish, and he was having hard time to deal with me!!! i would never ever go there again!!!

Not only did they mess up my leasing that cost me money, but then they didn't register my tags properly. So although I paid to have my tags transferred I have to reregister my car by by spending the day at the DMV and paying for it again. They want to sell cars so bad they will say they will make it easy and take care of everything which is a lie. Beware.

BEWARE OF RANDY! Randy is the service manager that "greets" you as you pull in to the service department. I'm convinced he would kick his grandmother in the shin if it meant squeezing another dollar out of a customer. As he was explaining my $3500 transmission repair, he slipped no less than $400 in unnecessary services that I had to object to to have him remove from the estimate. These guys claim to care about their customers, but every time I've gone, I've felt like I was getting bent over the hood and violated with an inflated estimate. In fact, the last time I went, they tried to charge me for a seal that was supposed to be fixed the previous time. UNBELIEVABLE. After I brought that to their attention, they waived the cost. Well gee whiz, thank god I saved my paper work. I will never go back to Al Piemonte Ford. Ironically, their website states Award Winning in both Sales and Service. Of course they're winning sales awards, they have Randy at the helm raping little old ladies out of their pension checks. Disgusting Randy! How do you sleep at night?
