I just bought a 2012 Camry hybrid. This was one of the best car buying experience we have had. You have to do your homework and know exactly what you are buying and how much the best price is and they will beat it. I had 7 quotes from different dealers over the Internet and they beat it and also brought in the color I wanted from a different dealer. I was done and on my way with my new car in less than 2 hours. The person that made this happen was Erik Coxwell. He was totally straight with me and was very prepared when I got there. What a pleasure to deal with this nice man. His assistant was Jerry and he was good also.
Thank you so much Erik Coxwell you are truly an asset to this company and there should be more people like you in this business

This has to be one of the worst service departments on the planet. I had a 2pm appt. for an oil change (free because it's a brand new car). Now I would generally expect this kind of service to take 30-40 mins tops (especially when you have an appointment). The person who took in my car told me that it would be about an hour. He could tell I was a bit concerned, but assured me that it could be faster but they have to quote an hour "just in case".
Shortly after the hour had passed I asked for an update. He asked me if they were washing the car too I told him I wasn't sure (but I assumed they probably would since they normally do when it comes in for service). But that made me realize why it was probably taking so long - they were giving my swagger wagon a bath.
An hour and a half after arriving for the oil change - I received my car - dirty.
When my brother in law (who I was visiting) found out which dealer I had gone to - he told me they have a reputation amongst friends/coworkers as the worst dealer in the area.
He is so right....
Avoid this place at all costs!!! Toyota should secret shop this place. -

I am so frustrated and disapppointed. I saw a nice sale on auto trader and made a deal & appointment to buy 10am the next day. Came the next day and car was sold. I was never told or even at least a phone call regarding the sales. I drove 2 hours and got attitude from salesman.
Lost a customer, went next door and bought a Lexus GX 470.
My family and my friends will not do business here in the future. Manager should extremely consider all store reviews immediately! -

I can only review this dealership from how it appears ... I drove in twice this week because I wanted to take a good look at the 2011 Scion xB, but both times (Thursday afternoon and Saturday) there were OVER TEN SALESMEN STANDING AROUND IN GROUPS OUT FRONT OF THE STORE. As a woman, this was extremely intimidating. They looked like a school of sharks. I refused to get out of my car. When I brought my father back on Saturday, there were even more salesmen (I'm going to upload some of the photos to this page in a bit ...). I counted at least 15!
This must be something mandated by management, because it's hard to believe they were out there in the heat both days on their own accord.
Anyway, lost a customer! -

(05/2010) Went in for a "buy 3, get 1 free" tire deal. Service advisor (Randy Perlman) actually tried to charge me for the fourth tire. Had to argue with him to get the price of the fourth tire removed from the invoice. He also did not include the $80 alignment in the original "everything" price he quoted on the phone. The original quote was only $20 more expensive than Tire Kingdom (which did include the alignment), which is why I took it to the dealer. Next time I'll get something in writing.
(08/2010) Went in for scheduled service, but also had to take care of the accelerator pedal recall issue. Service advisor (Steven Ruth) actually charged me $150 for the recall work. He also offered me a "complimentary" wash and vacuum, and then proceeded to charge me $15 for it. It even said "complimentary" on the invoice -- go figure.
Al Hendrickson used to have decent service 2-3 years ago. I think the bad economy is driving management to hire service advisors who will do whatever it takes to keep the cash flow coming in. I won't be going back to Al Hendrickson for anything in the future.
