    This review is for delivery.

Al Capuccino's - that's how it's spelled! Yelp needs to be corrected - is one of the best pizza places in DC.

    Simple and delicious pizza:
    1) Soft doughy under-crust baked just enough to let a slice hold its form, while outer crust is dense and well done
    2) Toppings are always fresh with great color and taste, and roughly chopped (the vegetable pizza comes with half-clove chunks of garlic) making for big taste
    3) The right amount of cheese to complement the toppings

Al Cap's other menu items such as the subs are also quite good but it's really all about the pizza. They deliver late night/early morning, typically within the wait time quoted and the delivery woman always calls about 10 minutes ahead of time - if you ask they'll pick up just about anything available at a quick-mart on the way.

After a night out in Georgetown and ump-teen beers some food was needed to soak up the booze.  My sister-inlaw lives near Cappucinos, so she said it was OPEN at 2:30AM!  The pizza is 10 steps down from Pizza Slut (in my opinion the worst pizza, until this occasion).  Maybe they made the pizza at noon, but it was still terrible considering.  Now if you need to soak up the booze to avoid the hangover, its better than dog food.

When it's on, I think its the best pizza in Georgetown. It can be inconsistent though.
