First time auto body consumer receives first-rate customer service and flawless work~ Post-accident, I brought my vehicle here for front end repair. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, I had two toddlers in tow. A generous-hearted employee insisted on installing all three car seats in my rental car after it pulled up to the business' door. The protocol regarding my insurance company was explained and achieved. The car looked beautiful when I picked it up and was detailed as well! I would highly recommend this business.

Do NOT go here. Ever. I won't darken their door ever again.
Granted, my experience was some years back, but come on... they had FOUR tries to get my station wagon (which had been rear-ended) water-tight and never managed to do so. Their incompetence ruined a laptop computer which had been in the under floor compartment in the rear when it rained.
And a year later, when the same car got rear-ended again, the other autobody shop I took it to asked me who it was who had repaired the car before and used a TWO BY FOUR as part of the repairs!!

History
Established in 1970
Al Brodeur's Auto Body opened in its doors in a small rented space which we quickly outgrew. Al built a shop on his parents' property which he operated until 1984. The business was growing and it was time for Al Brodeur's Auto Body to move to a brand new shop on Route 85 in Marlborough, where we've been operating since 1984. Al is a fourth generation small business owner; Mizael, Ovide and Robert Brodeur were dairy farmers operating Brodeur's Dairy which delivered milk to families and businesses in Marlborough for over 100 years.
Meet the Manager: Bob B.
Shop manager Bob Barnes has been with Al Brodeur's Auto Body for over 18 years. He is instrumental in our day to day operations, as he handles insurance appraiser relations, shop production and parts. A licensed appraiser, you are likely to meet Bob when you stop by for an estimate. His professionalism and warm personality will immediately put you at ease.
