History
Established in 2006
Akin IT Services, LLC was formed in January of 2006 when owner Chris Akin saw a niche market for small businesses that simply couldn't afford upper end Information Technology and, specifically at that time, websites. Initially formed in 2006 to provide websites for small businesses to allow them to compete online with bigger business competitors, Akin IT Services grew to encapsulate all forms of IT. This includes data management, database management and reporting, search engine optimization, CRM solutions, mobile application development, and much, much more.
Meet the Business Owner: Chris A.
My name is Chris Akin. I am the owner and primary IT professional at Akin IT Services, LLC. I have been an IT Professional since 1998. I am a skilled professional in multiple facets of Information Technology. I got my start and really honed my craft working on various IT Support Helpdesks in Northeastern Ohio. In 2004, I was named Ohio's Runner-Up Helpdesk Analyst Of The Year by the Northeastern Ohio Chapter of the Help Desk Institute. I currently own Akin IT Services, LLC, as well as our sister company, the Integral Merchants Group, which specializes in providing payment solutions for small and mid-sized businesses.
