I went to this yoga studio on a cold February day during my trip to Jackson.
It was quiet. It was serene. It was peaceful.
All things that I needed at the time, because my trip to the heart of the Rockies was rather hectic.
The studio has a rather unique set up (or I'm so used to living in the big city with buildings with little and limited number of windows) because there was an absolutely beautiful panoramic trillion mile view of the Tetons and Snow King mountain. It was like being outside without the bitter cold. Very sunny as well.
I took a class with Vanessa, who seems to follow the Anusara tradition. She was great, and understanding of my particular physical limitations and gave me alternate poses when needed.
Mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and other props are available for free use. I would recommend bringing an eye pillow for Savasana because of the sunlight that's so prevalent.

I went to this studio often for about a year until I moved out of Jackson over the hill to Victor. In Jackson there is no comparable studio. It's luscious.
