My work wanted to use a local Novato painter so I called up AJ Maintenance to get a quote. They were friendly and extremely helpful. Because they were near the building we wanted painted they even drove out to look at it to make a more accurate quote, which was above and beyond. We ended up not painting the building, but Leslie and crew still deserve 5 stars for all their help.

Finding service providers who demonstrate integrity and possesses knowledge of which services are appropriate and how to execute them properly, is not guaranteed given the push to sell business in a competitive market for contractors and non-licensed service providers. With Leslie Salazar, not only do you get the guarantee, it is highly likely that her gregarious nature and charming wit will qualify her as one of the business people that you go back to time and time again. Gosh, its even possible that you will feel inclined to invite her to your open house when your project is completed because she is so genuine and hilarious to boot.
As a flooring salesman at Just Remnants and Just Carpets who invests extra time listening to my clients and who depends on repeat business, it is important to me to know that I can refer Leslie to any client and that she will exceed their's and my expectations. Since I started working with Leslie and AJ Maintenance 6 months ago, I have been so impressed that I recommend her to 100 percent of my clients who have a need and I contract her for all my in-house business. Saturday my wife was coming home from the east coast. Thursday, I called AJ maintenance to see if I could get the carpets cleaned before she came home.
Leslie from AJ Maintenance came over that same day gave me quote and had blocked out time for her crew Friday to do the job.
Their carpet cleaning truck arrive promptly Friday mooring and they got right to work.
The carpets looked great and my wife was thrilled.
Fast service, great price and a job well done. I'll use AJ Maintenance again. -

We had AJ Maintenance paint all of our interior doors, which were finished in the original wood varnish color that was extremely dated and tired. Instead of buying new doors, we took a chance and had them repainted in a contemporary white color, which AJ Maint had in stock and ready to go. They worked quickly, conscientiously and the quality of their workmanship is beyond evident every time we look at the finished product. Just an incredibly good job! We are extremely satisfied.

I own Bertolli's Auto Body Shop and our office needed an update. I decided to call AJ Maintenance to see what they could do for me. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they could handle most aspects of the project including new carpets and paint. Their workers are polite, clean and careful with what they do. Found AJ's in a local community mailer and hired them to paint two of our rooms. They were very easy to deal with, provided a fair price, and sent two very nice men to do the job. If I ever need work done around the house again, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company.

As an Interior Designer, I've worked with many painters. Some good, some not so good. This year, I discovered Leslie and Alex and A.J. Maintenance. I've worked on several projects with them now and I can attest to their professionalism, timliness and most important, their customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is perfectly happy. I feel like I have a true partner and they're my go-to painters now!
