Brought restaurant delivery vehicle to them that was soiled, stained and smelled like decaying flesh.
They did NOT recoil in horror and (probably) only judged me internally. They spent ALL day on it. I know this because I dropped it off at 8AM and drove by numerous times running errands only to see them scrubbing at 12PM, 1:30, 3:30...all the way to 5PM. Upon picking it up, Dude was still scrubbing. He might have fainted out of relief.
They removed 99.999999% of the stains (only The Almighty could do more, I'm sure of it) and it smelled like a new car.

Their job is better comparing to other places that is why I have been coming back for so many times... but I really don't like how they are handling their business hours: When you said you open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, that is mean when customers come in at 5:29 pm you still have to provide the services.
The first time when they were disappointing me was last winter, I arrived around 5:30pm and they didn't take my car for service; they said it was late, okie, I understood, it was dark and cold, they didn't want to stay longer. But yesterday, I was so upset. I tried to get out from work early (I work in MV), rushed to the place and arrived at 5:10pm. And guess what...they still didn't take my car, they said they don't accept cars after 5:00pm..Grrrrr... I told him that they need to change their schedule to 8:00am to 5:00pm not 5:30pm if you guys don't accept cars after 5:00pm...So if you want to get the services from them, be there before 5 pm sharp.
So I gave them 3 stars rating even though I am satisfy with their works on my car. -

I have been coming to Aj's for the past few years. They do an ok job most of the time, but unfortunately they are not as great as they once were a few years ago. The quality of the details, or rather attention to 'detail' (no pun intended) is not as sharp.
On two past occasions they forgot to get the grime and sticky soda mess from the bottom of the cup holders. Also they did not wipe down the doorjams as completely. They also seemed to miss a few other spots here and there, but would fix them if they were pointed out to them.
Overall, they are OK for basic washes or routine upkeep. I just would not recommend for a "serious" detail job at this point in time.2 Previous Reviews: Show all »

When I think of the word "detail", I suppose my expectations are enhanced. The bar should raised at that point, right? A detail should be more than just a car-wash, it should be assurance that at least the basics are covered, AND THEN SOME! I'm not saying that I'm a perfectionist, but I know my car better than anyone else, so when I find many areas still dirty after paying $150, I'm not too stoked.
To their credit, when I picked up my car and looked it over, it seemed ok ... so I went home. But, not to their credit is the fact that I was rushed to hit the road because the place was busy. So, when I got home, I was a bit more thorough when I looked my ride over and much to my dismay, I realized that I just got a slightly better than average car wash.
Even some of the basics were overlooked! Like those little areas around the side-view mirrors, and the crevasses around the dashboard ... or the area right around the OEM vehicle emblem ... or the part just under the vehicle body where the car meets the frame. I had dirt, grime, grease, wax debris, dust ... you name it! It was simply not a "detail". You didn't even have to look that close, you just needed some time to assess.
I've spent $60 at my local car wash and had a better outcome ... that's just not right!
Here's what I think happened....
AJ's offers deals fairly often to drive new business. One of the more recent deals is a 20% discount to Sunday clients who arrive in the A.M. (this is when I went). Of course, just as most days, this place gets pretty packed. I truly feel that they just have too much business to actually focus on detailing. For them, this is not a bad problem to have, and drives in plenty of dough. But, for the average consumer it seriously blows! They do just enough to satisfy most clients, and they go over-board when they get a high-end vehicle in worth over $100k. But I drive a fairly average truck, and I think my ride was a bit rushed. The words rushed and detail should never be used in the same sentence when referring to a car detail place, but BAM ... I just did it.
I have many friends who are satisfied going here, but for me ... Meh, I've experienced better!
Chances of going back .... welllll.... maybe if a manger contacts me and offers a reason to earn their trust again, but until then, I'm sticking with my local car wash! -

I pulled in and parked my car in the drop off space. I walked over to the cashier stand and someone helped me right away. I took a walk over to the awesome rose garden across the street and an hour and half later my car was ready. It was very bright and shiny. I got the mini detail package and it only cost me $35 bucks. Everything went extremely smoothly and I am very happy with the results. But, don't kid yourself, you get what you pay for. The windshield was clean, but not scrubbed as there was some goo left over from a sticker still on there. Basically, this packages replicates a quick cleaning that you would do in your driveway, without the frustration of doing tires yourself.

I gave a gift certificate from AJ auto to my bf on valentine's day. He finally used it to clean his car inside and out today. His light colored car seat had chocolate stains and carpet was soiled bad from spilled soda. We dropped his car off around 10am thinking he could get early bird special 15%off. Car was ready to be picked up little after 2pm. They did great job removing carpet soil and stains from seat. His car now smells like new car too! However he did not get early bird 15%off. Maybe he had to mention it at time of payment?

Best detailing place. Back in December, they had an express wax deal for 35.00-- can't get any better than that. My car was all sparkly in 45 mins. Only thing seems to be their customer service isn't as good as when they were not as popular and smaller. Seems like they know they're good and they don't feel like they need to be friendly anymore. When they tagged my car, they didn't even tell me about how long it was going to be and I had to ask and got a frosty reply. When I came back within the time, they sort of ignored me and I had to stand there and ask them until someone cared to ask me what my car looked like. I will be going back because the work is quality, but please, AJ, can you show some appreciation like the old days? Thanks!

My car looks as good as it did 5 years ago after the service here.
This is my second visit here (first time 6 months ago with my daughters car).
Both times were a result were a result from a Costco $50 promotion. The only problem that I have with this place is that each time the greeter told us that we had to pay an extra $25.
The first time's excuse was my daughter's car had tough stains, this second time my wife was told our Honda Pilot was too large (one of the smaller SUV's around).
So in summary, detailing is great here but if you get lured to the Costco $50 promotion be prepared to spend an extra $25 for WHATEVER reasons. -

I decided to give this place a try earlier this week because my car was really really dirty. I hate winter, rain, sprinklers! So, I came here with a friend who has always brought his car here for washes, detailing, etc.
They charged me $35 for a mini-detail aka car wash and have the insides vacuumed.
It was soooo worth it. You have no idea how pretty my car looked afterwards. I wanted to just leave it there so I can admire it - it was so shiny and pretty. They managed to get rid of the water spots too. Right then and there, I vowed. I vowed never to smoke a cigarette in my car ever again.
I think it took them about an hour to get my car done. My friend's took around 3+ hours since he got the full detail - his came out looking super handsome too (but the again, it better look like that since he paid $275).
I'd definitely come back to have them try and get rid of the thin scratches on the side of my car from the dried out bird poop =[
and maybe get them to fix the quite-deep scratch on the rear of my car =[
If you feel like spoiling your cars and giving them A+ treatments, bring them here. -

This is the best car wash in town!
It's $35 dollars for a mini-detail and worth every penny. They truly "hand wash" your car, so again, totally worth it.
The staff here is so nice and they try to accommodate your schedule the best that they can.
I've been coming here for the last 7+ years now and I have never been disappointed. -

I brought in my BMW 335i here a few months ago for a complete interior/exterior detailing.
Now while I was very pleased at how shiny my car was, I was extremely displeased at what they couldn't do.
After dropping my car off with them, they called me back and informed me that my car was covered in hard water spots. I cringed knowing that at some point, my car must have been assaulted by sprinklers. They informed me that they would try their hardest to get the spots out, but that there was no guarantee it'd work. Sadly, when I went to go pick up my car a few hours later, I was greeted with 4.8 billion hard water spots that weren't removed. They told me they tried everything - even an acid wash - to no avail, and that the only cure would be to repaint my car. Naturally, I was bummed.
But a few days ago, I took my car to BMW of Mountain View for scheduled check-up, and they told me they could get those spots out with a little bit of clay-baring and buffing. Guess what... the spots came out. And it only cost me like $100.
All it took was a little bit of clay-baring and buffing... which I find hilarious because that's the same damn thing that I ordered at AJs Auto Detailing.
So what the hell did they not do to my car? Did they just wash it and claim that they did an entire detailing service? Did I just spent upwards of $230 to have my car sprayed with a hose and vacuumed? -

I've brought two cars here (one SUV and one Truck) for a full detailing, using a groupon ($80) for both cars. AJ's did a great job on both cars. It does tend to run a bit pricey and there is an additional fee for larger cars, but having your car cleaned, polished, waxed, vacuumed, inside and out, is definitely worth it, especially if you treat your cars the way my fiance, my dog, and I do (which means they are back to being a mess shortly after being cleaned!). AJs was also able to remove some paint on my new car (the SUV) which I had gotten on it shortly after buying it for a small fee.
There was a long wait time, but since we have an extra car, we just took a day trip and picked up the car that was being detailed at the end of the day, when we were back.
If I could afford it, I would have them detail my car once a month. For now, i'll have to stick to the standard car wash! -

AJS RIPS YOU OFF WITH GROUPON!!!!!
Wow... Horrible customer service. I had taken my Escalade to AJs a few times over the past several years and was always disappointed about the amount of time they take to clean or detail a car. Then I thought I'd try them again after I was given a GROUPON gift certificate for a full detail which was still valid for a couple more days.
I called to make an appointment and they told me to bring my Escalade in between 10AM and 11AM. When I pulled up the next day they had a sign saying they were "full". I explained to the manager that I was told to come at the specified time and he said they are booked for the next two days. Aside from the inconvenience of leaving work to drop off my vehicle at the specified time I was astonished at the attitude and lack of consideration by the attendant and accounting lady inside. I asked if they would extend the expiration date of the GROUPON certificate since they obviously lied to me about their ability to accomodate my service and I could come back another day when they can provide service... They said NO!
I am in the service business myself and would NEVER run my business like this... If I could not provide the service I promise then I would NEVER sell someone a promise to service. Thanks a lot AJs for stealing $85
from me... It is great to know that you have enough customers to run your business but in the future TRY not to screw others out of what they paid you... Nice racket... I'll be going elsewhere. -

I always pass by this place and they are constantly working on high end cars so I figured it must be a good place. Well, to my surprise they put a deal up on Groupon - $80 for Custom Detail ($160 Value). I snatched it up with the quickness.
First off, they don't have a pick up or drop off service (the detailer i usually go to does it for an extra $20 charge). I can't sit around for 3 hours for them to finish with my car so i just walked back to work in downtown. only a mile distance so no biggie.
I got dropped off from a coworker and upon first sight, i loved the job. But, the feeling is typical with any freshly washed car.
After about a week I started noticing a bunch of careless errors.
1. there was a lot of unbuffed wax that had been neglected and started becoming visible.
2. Let's just say, wax and unpainted black plastics don't work well together. white stains are now smeared on all the black trim pieces around the body. I've done this on accident a few years ago.. those smears are still there.. now these smears will always be there as well.
3. wax buildup are on every edge and seam of the body panels. not cool.
I can tell that this job was done in haste and was done in a very careless manner. A little bit of care would've definitely gone a long way.
If it weren't for all these deficiencies I would've given these guys 4 or 5 stars, but this has left me very dissapointed.
I will not be recommending this place to friends or people I like.Comment from Helen M. of AJ Auto Detailing 10/18/2011

I have to add a star for AJ's since I've been to at least 5 other detailers in the bay area and no one can compare to this place. They consistently do an excellent job in making my car impeccably clean. I like the little touches, like the guys wiping your car for dust until the moment you pull away. Not to mention the fact the blow out excess water from your mirrors, windows, and wheels to prevent dripping and streaking after you drive away. That is detail in every sense of the word.

I give it 2 stars for todays visit for customer service... I come here all the time (give 4 stars) and have good service usually and clean car that's why I always come back, but today I showed up before a regular did but he parked his car in front of me on the other lane, I went to the register first but the girl at the counter greeted the regular first and started filling his paperwork first, then they both realized that I arrived first, so what did she do, she gave me the clipboard and told me to fill out my paper work, she continued to fill out his paper work and processed him first then got to me and felt rushed... Not the best experience with customer service I'm sure glad my car turned nice and clean.. But left a not so good impression..

Disclaimer(s): First visit to AJ's and finally I've found an auto detailer where the online hype/reviews are real and the expectations are/were met!
Service selected: the Custom Hand Wash.
Pros: Clean micro-fiber cloth towels were applied for washing and drying treatment (I saw dozens of workers running/walking around and this was reassuring). The rims/wheels were immaculate and appeared brand new. Zero smudges or water streaks. Trunk spoiler detail perfect. Looked like I just bought the car off the dealer lot!
Cons: I wanted to give a (5-star) experience as it is the highest/rarest honor however only two things prevented a flawless experience. The front hood had 3 small water droplets close together. The car frame around the wheels (top and sides) was 85% cleaned and I really had hoped for 100%.
Verdict: *Very reasonable $30 price vs. quality/outcome.* For this I will be returning for future Custom Hand Washes. The icing on the cake: the tip jar is a bucket with a small slot and lock away from the cars so you don't feel the pressure of workers eyeballing a reward for good work (or vice~versa). Next test, the Interior Detail experience! -

I keep my car in really great shape, but its only a matter of time before issues present themselves that a regular car wash doesn't fix. For me, the final straw was my leather starting to feel really dry. I didn't want it to crack or peel so I started looking for a place that would treat my leather.
I found AJs on Yelp and went over on a Friday without an appointment around 11. I used their free wifi to work while they did a complete interior and exterior detail.
It took between 3-4 hours but the wait was worth it. Also, I was working so the time wasn't lost. The car looks beautiful. They put the few items I had left in my car in a bag so they could clean around them. The leather looked and felt great. The paint shined! Really I have no complaints about the job they did. I paid $275.
Highly reccomended. I will be back for sure. -

I had my car detailed here. They did a great job steam cleaning the interior and making the exterior look like new. I don't think my engine looked this clean when I bought it new.
I was extemely impressed by the customer service at the auto shop. Usually when I go to places to get my car serviced or cleaned, the people don't seem that engaging. AJ Auto Detailing seemed to have very good communication. -

I went to AJ Detailing when I got a very peculiar stain inside my car. There was a massive spill and the car just smelled horribly. I wasn't really sure what to do because I did not want to continue driving around in that car.
I took my car to AJ Auto Detailing because the reviews on yelp were really good. Also their prices were good. When I got there, i told them my situation. I didn't want a full interior detail because I couldn't afford it at the time but I did want that stain out.
They told me they could do an express detail with a focused area and the price they quoted was good. I came during the morning (not lunch hour) so they were able to do it very quickly. It took them about an hour. i waited in the waiting room which provided wifi.
It was an overall good experience. I would go to them again if I need any specialty cleaning done. -

I am endlessly amazed at how incompetent the rest of the world is with cars. The only service I don't do myself is mounting rubber on a rim. But when a friend left me to show her car I decided I'd make quick work of the cleaning process and plop $100 down and have someone else do the dirtywork.
Show up and immediately notice a disorganized mind at work. Would be fairly simple to have bulletpoints instead of paragraphs for the service descriptions and the titles are not intuitive (express interior detail also = washing the outside of the car? How about a simple, "interior/exterior detail?" Even the staff had trouble explaining what each package contained.
Anyhow, I get an express interior, which includes a wash and a meticulous dusting of the interior, plus carpet cleaning.
They say 1-1.5 hours, but it took over 2. The only thing more inconvenient than spending part of your work afternoon washing a car is to pay someone else while you wait.
Outside of the car looks great. Get in car, take off....and immediately start noticing parts of the interior that weren't even touched. Dust was still all over the A/C vents, there was dusty crud in the corners of all the panels and digital windows. The center console / armrest was FILTHY and the tiny bits of twigs had not been vacuumed out of the trunk. If that wasn't bad enough there were dog and/or cat hairs that were in the car where there had not been any before. Terrible. -

Well, I'm not sure where to begin. I am so disappointed in this place, which is unfortunate because I have been coming here for a couple of years now. I have a black car that requires a little extra attention than your average wash can provide, so when I found this place in 2009, I was really happy with their express wax service and special care with black cars (as advertised), that I continued going.
Unfortunately the last 2 times I went, the prices went up and the services went down. After the first disappointing experience, I figured it may have been an off day for them, it was crowded and I figured the next time would be better...NOT!
Last time:
- They cleaned the carpets, and they were so wet I had to leave my windows open for 3 days! I thought they would dry quick in warm weather, but I had to take the floor mats out and everything.
- The wax (when dried) is real white on a black car. Over a couple of days I noticed a bunch of wax was left in the cracks around doors, trunk, and bumper. Awful.
This time:
- They didn't even wash the carpets! (Btw, I didn't mention anything about my last experience so its purely half-ass). I suppose after what happened last time this would be a good thing, but then what am I paying them $$ for?!
- Wax is only showing in the cracks around the doors this time, so its a minor improvement I suppose :/ Although, its only been a few hours.
- They didn't roll down the windows when cleaning! When I open the windows there is a 1/2"-1" dusty/dirty line across the top. Terrible.
- As I was driving home I realized that I still have coffee spill marks all over the cup holders, and the small garbage tray/ash tray is still full. Arghh!!!
Overall, I wouldn't recommend going here, I too will need to find another more reliable place. I think they may treat the first-time customers well, but don't count on a long-term relationship ha! -

The outdoor hose isn't working properly at my place, so my car has been deprived of some serious lovin' for the past few months.
I took my baby in for a wash, wax, polish, headlight restoration, and engine steam clean. The car dude gave me a super discount! Maybe he took pity on me because of the state of my car.
I sat comfortably in their waiting room for 3 hours doing work on my laptop. Someone else in the waiting room figured out how to turn on the TV. Another person was snoring.
When they drove my car out, it looked AMAZING. Like new. Especially because my headlights were no longer cloudy and yellow. I walked out to greet the guy polishing something on the hood... and in a happy and excited voice, exclaimed "What the heck!" The guy laughed. I gave my shiny new car a hug and went on my merry way.1 Previous Review: Show all »

This is the only place to bring your beloved car for a good bath. Customer service is top notch, workmanship is high quality, and the price is right. They usually do quick work too and to pass the time it's nice to play on their Wi-Fi while you wait!
There are plenty of hot rods and fancy cars getting waxed and shined up there, but it is also a good place for everyday regular folks as well. I drive from San Francisco just to get the mini-detail and honestly the car feels clean like it's new or ready to sell.
One thing I find funny is they don't use any strong smelling gimmicks to mask any odors in the car, they actually CLEAN it so well that the car smells fresh and clean when you jump in to leave.

An automated car wash simply will not suffice with a huge pick-up truck. At the recommendation from a friend, I decided to give my monster of a Tacoma a well-deserved wash at AJ Auto Detailing.
This is where car aficionados come to give their automotive babies a bath. It's easy to see why because when I came back to get my car after 45 or so minutes, I was amazed. So glossy and so clean! It was as good as new! Sounds pretty gross, but I often hear about how people's cars smell when they get a hand-wash from other car washes, but not here. Thank goodness, right?
I admit that I had to shell out a pretty penny for a Custom Hand Wash ($40), but I am definitely a satisfied customer. Owners of huge SUVs, trucks, or luxury cars should visit this place at least once... Can't wait to tell my dad that I "washed" his car! Hahah. -

This seemed like THE trusted place to take a guy's beloved car, so I brought my Cayman on a Saturday morning hoping to see some fine metal. There were a few other sports cars, but unfortunately I stared at Suburbans and MB E-classes for most of the time.
The staff were fast and very personable, and the cleaning was thorough. I had a polish and wax done, and my car looked spotless. They tape-masked all the plastic/rubber areas when applying the wax, which I have never seen before at a car wash. The interior was vacuumed and dusted, and they also took less than the estimated time of 1.5-2 hrs.
Price was reasonable with a $10 coupon for getting on the mailing list. Definitely plan to return next year. Hello, beautiful black sports car! -

I've been coming here for over a year now - ever since a friend recommended it. And I live in Oakland!
I first came to clean out my Z4 before I sold it, and they did an amazing job. I opted for the works, and 4 hours of hand-cleaning later, it was like a new car. Excellent. A real clean, not just covered up with scents.
Now I bring my 335i here, and they take equally good care of it.

Bought a GroupOn for a full detail to check them out. My wife's Q7 is a massive land barge and was in desperate need of some love.
1st Pleasant Surprise - They only charged an additional $15 for the Q7 being a larger vehicle. There is a ton of sheet metal on that thing, so $15 is very reasonable.
2nd Pleasant Surprise - They were able to buff out some light scratches that I received courtesy of someone in a parking lot. Not only did they get them out, but they did not charge extra - nice.
3rd Pleasant Surprise - They did an amazing job on the Q7. All the paint was smooth to the touch and you could really see the metallic flecks in the paint. We had late season rain, but the vehicle never looked dirty since the water simply beaded up and fell off.
Doing the GroupOn was genius for AJs as I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles to them for service now that I have seen the results. -

We LOVE AJ's!!! Trust me when I say this... THE GREAT REVIEWS SPEAK THE TRUTH!! This is by far the BEST in the bay.
We have been going to AJ's for about 6 years now. They are the only detailing service we let touch our cars. They take their time to ensure that every nook and cranny gets attention. The staff is HONEST and unlike the other car wash services they won't sell you on service your car does NOT need. No matter what service you receive your car will look brand new just like the day you bought it.
Prices are reasonable and well worth it!!!! -

I have been bringing my convertible car to AJ for the last year & half (about once a month). I am very happy with their service. Thorough cleaning job the vast majority of the time. There were only twice that I found the service quality to dip below their usual stellar quality. They didn't dry off the vehicle enough both of those times.
On the other hand, it is much easier to praise their attention to detail. I never had to deal with fuzz left behind on the rag top, or the boot not being vacuumed. I can always count on it being done when they said it would. I was never delayed beyond the promised time. Then again, I do call ahead to querry about the time needed. I have only used the car wash and mini detail services, so cannot speak with authority about any other (more) complex detailing services provided.
For the money, it is difficult to find better service or more courteous workers. -

I've been to AJ's for a total of 3x now.
1st time: I got a mini detail and it was good. They made my car look brand new and I was happy to give them my business again.
2nd time: I got a mini detail + wax and it was not the best. I was so pleased the 1st time, that I trusted AJ's with my car wax. The outside looked fantastic, but when I got in, I saw spots everywhere. It seems as if they completely ignored the inside of the doors and they did not even touch the ash tray. (I don't smoke, but it collects lint over time.)
3rd time: I thought maybe I'll give them 1 more shot, so I came with a Groupon. and got another mini detail + wax. This was the worst of them all. Yes, they made my carpets spotless and my rims were shining, but they did the same thing they did last time!!! I got in and it didn't feel like they cleaned ANYTHING but the carpets... What a sad, sad story!! I even put some saliva on my finger to see if maybe these were stained spots, but no, the spots came right off with my saliva...
Why?!! I'm so disappointed with their service lately... I have 1 more Groupon left and I'm almost afraid to go back to AJ's. =( Maybe it's because I always go on the weekend during peak hour. Then again, maybe I'm just letting them slide with another excuse... *Sigh. Please be good to me on try #4. -

Got the $160 car detailing and it was no more than the $15 car wash I get on a regular basis. Even basic vacuuming was not done correctly. Trunk still has pieces of dried leaves and there was dust left near the steering wheel. Very disappointed.

Bottom line - they gave my 5 year old car a "new car" look.
i purchased the groupon deal, which was an exterior detail with clay bar waxing for $80. That deal was great, and worth it.
the main problem, the guy told me that they are NOT going to do the groupon deal again, which means i probably wont be going back for a wax anytime soon. its not that im cheap, its that im broke. the cheapest clay bar package i believe is about $160.00..... and thats just a little too much for me.
When i start to feel that my leather is looking bad i will probably go back for the leather conditioning.
the service was great, they were extremely friendly. he estimated my car would be ready in 3 hours, but it only took 2 hours.
if anything i think i should have tipped more, sorry guys, i just realized i only tipped about 9%.... i should have done at least 15%.
i am gonna try to upload some photos of my car the day after the wax. its a black acura TL with chrome rims if you care to look through the pics.
p.s. i purchased meguiars quick detailer. its made to use after waxes to make the wax look last longer. i used it the next day and it took off some sap that had already made it on my hood and kept the clean new look. -

We have brought both of our cars here and they do an outstanding job. I have taken both my luxury vehicle and my beater to AJ's and they both come out looking great after a mini detail. I drive my dogs around in my beater and it is always full of dog hair. They guys at AJ's always get that car looking great. If i were to do that myself it would take me hours.
I would highly recommend AJ's to anybody who wants good service at a very good price. -

First of all, these guys did a great job. I have 2 goldens and their hair was all over my black interior. Also, the car is new and hadn't yet been waxed, so this seemed to be the right choice for me. I got the mini-detail special and I was pleased with the job.
I dropped my car off at 8:15 am. If not the first car there, there couldn't have been that many ahead of me. Nonetheless, the car was estimated to be done in about 2 hours...when I called 2 days prior to make my appointment, it was estimated to take 1 hour. But 2 hours, no problem, I had things I could do in the meantime and somewhere to be at 10:30. I hung out around the area and at 9:30 came back to find out how much longer it would take. With the weather looking like it was about to rain and my impending appointment, I just wanted to make the right choice - as I had an alternative ride to my 10:30 appointment. But with it said that it would take just 30 minutes more, I decided to hang out there.
Apparently, the car just got washed while I was gone, because I watched them work on it for the last hour and saw them wax and vacuum the interior. 90 minutes later, my car rolls out. I left there around 11:30, completely missing my appointment.
My time is extremely important to me. I did not need to waste an entire morning here. 1 star off for quoting an hour instead of 2 hours for the mini-detail when I called, 1 star for saying it was going to take 2 hours and missing that estimate and 1 star for saying it was only going to take 30 minites more and then taking 90. No bueno.
So, like I said, they did a fantastic job. However experience is a part of my job and extremely important to me. Use these guys and make alternative plans if you are getting a big job done.
