This is where I always go. They are friendly, clean, and perfectionists. It never fails to be a relaxing experience and my nails are done right every time.

** Be prepared to tip in cash. While you can pay for the service with credit, they do not allow cash back for tip. I always end up forgetting and running around the side of the building to an ATM :P

So it's been a year since I first set foot into Jenny's lovely establishment and I've been true to my word: no other supremely skilled hands have gently touched my face and then proceeded to yank hair out of it than Jenny's. This woman is the best, and her salon continues to reflect her attention to detail and genuine concern for the well-being of her clientele.

Jenny has saved me on more than one occasion. Best example: Before I got my POS Honda with the built-in mechanism for preventing people like me from locking their keys in the car, I was infamous for doing exactly that. Unfortunately I recently learned how to circumvent that mechanism and found myself outside my car, looking longingly through the window at my keys sitting on the front seat. Along with my keys was my cell phone, therefore rendering me unable to look up the nearest (and least expensive) locksmith in Falls Church. Jenny not only let me use her personal smartphone to do my research and call the locksmith company, she also let me hang around the salon after we finished my wax and brought me coffee while I waited for the guys from the company to arrive.

In addition to this show of hospitality and warmth, Jenny is patient with me. I almost never have an appointment, yet Jenny is always accommodating to my schedule. She has never once complained or given any sign of annoyance while I ramble on about nothing important while she's trying to sculpt my eyebrows into something more aesthetically pleasing. Jenny has been nothing but kind and lovely, and that's why my loyalty will lie with her for the remainder of my northern Virginia residency.

Wait.. I never write a review for this place??? Yikes! I must be out of my mind! This place is by far the BeST place for a Mani pedi and a massage. And if you manage to get that one girl with long hair to do your threading - money! (the other girls are not as good with the threading) waxing services? No problems- they have it all .. Clean, hygienic and awesomely reasonable!

Customer service is great, the girls always smile and talk. They remember me by name, ask about my friends and family! It's awesome!
My friend got a back massage here once and he is a fan too! Loved coming back.. And so i persuaded him to get am pedicure done and he did.. They r great with guys too! :) absolutely love this place and recommend it to everyone! :):)

After a disappointing experience at my longtime nail salon (Rex Day Spa), we tried Aislinn because of the Yelp reviews. Thanks again, Yelpers, for the great tip! Aislinn was a wonderful time. The place is super clean and friendly, and there's a veritable menu of treatments -- seriously, there are at least a dozen different types of pedicures.

My mom and I each got a Runaway Spa Pedicure. I don't know where that name comes from, but it was so great and relaxing! The products smelled amazing, and my feet (entire lower legs actually) felt wonderful for the next 2 or 3 days. The nail techs are really sweet and polite, and incredibly patient and helpful.

The only hitch was when I called to make an appointment, there was no way to leave a voicemail and instead I got a strange message. But they called me back within 5 minutes and it was easy to make an appointment after that. All in all a great experience!

Just got back from my first visit to Aislinn's Salon & Spa. I had a pedicure and LOVED it! So relaxing! The staff were very friendly, but I did have a little trouble understanding them. The place is very clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be going back. The price is beyond reasonable. I am a very happy customer.

I moved here from San Diego and lucky for me this was the first place I went for a mani/pedi and it was awesome.  First of all and very important it is super clean and all of their tools are put in those machines to disinfect.  I have not been disappointed once and the service is always the best.  The ladies that are there are very professional and courteous.  I also get my eyebrows waxed and have had it done there by at least 3 different ladies and every single time it has been right.  They are shaped nicely, and not left all thin and ugly like some places like to do.  I also almost always get the shellac mani and it always last the way its suppose to last-7-10 days.

I am just glad that I found Aislinn's because they do an excellent job!!

    Thanks Aislinn

I came to this place in refferal of a friend. There is plenty of parking and the receptionist speaks perfect english, easy to make an appointment.

The ladies that did my mom, my sister and my self were all very nice, however they did try and sell us their "upgrade" pedicures and were pretty pursistant about it. Once I said no though they dropped it and still did a great job.

I got a pedicure and a manicure, I had to get a few nails with Gel tips on them b/c they broke off and i hate uneven nails. Its really hard to find someone to do good "fake" nails without making them look really fake. I love how she shaped them and she did a great job of paining.

I've noticed a lot of places dont get the whole nail they miss parts of the sides which is really annoying to me. But both toes and hands look great.

Place is clean and open and looks very modern.

I was lucky enough to have my mom grab the bill so i dont know how much it was, I want to say it was around $50 for mine (due to the gel tips) but its hard to find a good nail salon so I'd say its worth the money.

    I'll def come back once I need a refill/manicure.

None of the staff yell at one another across the salon, the service is wonderful and their list of offerings is plentiful. I encourage you to check it out!!!

This is a great, standard, go-to place for manis and pedis. I have not gotten any other service there.

My most recent trip was with a friend, and we both got the regular pedicures. It was a great experience, as always. My nail tech this time was Oanh, and she was very kind and smiley :) My feet are very ticklish and I usually have to flex all the muscles in my feet and calves to keep from kicking the people in the face when they exfoliate. Not Oanh! I giggled and wiggled a little, and she immediately scrubbed lighter and for a shorter amount of time than usual. This made my pedicure all the more relaxing.

Great place, it looks very clean, and for the most part everyone is nice.

I found Aislinn from the other reviews on Yelp - Yelpers, this place is a keeper!  Nikki gave me an amazing pedicure.  I cannot say enough good things about the White Tea pedicure - I love how the sugar scrub, mask, and lotion were in individual ceramic containers and kept in the warmer.

It was a great birthday treat to get a pedicure in the middle of the week and I will be back again -  Truly one of the best pedi experiences I have ever received!

Most nail salons don't pride themselves on customer service. If anything there are usually snide remarks being made behind their customers' backs as they smile fakely and try to make conversation with you.
At Aislinn, not only as my nail tech warm and genuine but the manager actually went around to each customers asking how their experience was - I was shocked and amazed!
I got gel nails for the first time and this is the highest quality nail job I've ever had - my nails feel strong and look great. Will definitely be back here again!

This is my favorite nail salon. I come here once a month for a pedicure, and occasionally for a manicure. They always do a great job. Even though I usually choose the "basic pedicure" for $26, that still includes a pampering leg scrub and mini-massage. The polish always lasts a long time. I don't have a "usual" person, all of the employees seem to do a great job. Aislinn is a clean and professional salon, and I rarely have to wait when I walk-in.

Clean, personable staff, and reasonable prices is what brings me to this nail salon time and again. I have gotten mani/pedis, eyebrow, lip, underarm, and full-leg waxing here. Their back bar is right in the middle of the salon, so you can see the autoclave, hot cabi, Barbicide, etc. It's very hygienic! You will see the nail techs prep for their services in this area. For waxing services, they use the Gigi chocolate soft wax. It doesn't compare to Lycon or Bliss' hard wax, but it does the job and the difference is you pay $10 for brows instead of $30.

I'm very hard on my nails. A spa manicure only lasts 3 days for me before it starts to chip, so I'm a big fan of Shellac. I've had Shellac manis at other nail salons, but Aislinn was the first place that did it right (perfect prepping of the nail bed, shaped my nails just right, and polish application). Because of this, my manis can last up to 2 weeks without chipping. And for those on the fence about Shellac, I've never had an brittle nails as a result of getting them, but I do take a break in between manis to let my nails breathe a little. I've had Tim, Jenny, and Hannah, and all are wonderful. Tim is great for pedicures and Jenny and Hannah are great for waxing and manicures. I especially liked how Hannah shaped my brows. This skill for some reason is hard to come by in nail salons, because they usually wax my brows very thin.

I usually do walk-in appointments and try to come around 2-3pm on a slow day, like Tuesday or Wednesday. I have come in around 6pm on a weekday to find the place packed! When that happens, you can expect to wait up to 30 minutes, but they do try to get you in faster.

This salon is on the larger side, so they can accommodate bridal parties for up to 25 guests. They also offer Dermalogica facials and even have massage and hair services. If you bring a friend, you'll also receive a $5 coupon off your next service. And on top of that, they accept credit cards, but I highly recommend you bring cash tips for your techs. For those without cars, Aislinn's is about a 10-15 minute walk from West Falls Church metro station.

My new go-to nail salon!  I live right down the street, but I had always gone to another nail salon because it was consistent.  I read about Aislinn on LivingSocial, so I checked it out a few months ago.  Best decision ever!

The place is super clean and inviting, even though it's in the bottom of an office building.  There's ample free parking, which is always nice, and I've walked in 3 times now on fairly busy days and didn't have to wait.  They have awesome pedicure chairs, and the place doesn't smell like chemicals like most salons.

All 3 times, I've gotten the Shellac manicure, twice I got a basic pedicure, and once I got the Deep Clean pedicure.  Every single time, both my hands and feet looked flawless.  I was hesitant to get a snow white color on my toes, but they looked SO good, that I might switch to that for the summer instead of my regular nude shades.

The only thing I have to complain about is the Deep Clean pedicure.  After various lotion/oil massages, she pulled out a harsh scrub and then proceeded to rub my legs.  I went home, and I didn't have any more hair on my calves!  It was so painful while she was doing it, but I didn't want to complain so I let her go.  The scrub was literally scrubbing my top layers of skin away.  Obviously, I should have spoken up, so this place still gets 5 stars for being the best out there!

My parents own a nail salon, and I have been working in a nail salon since I was 15. I am very picky when it comes to choosing a nail salon. After moving to the Northern VA area, I was looking for a place to get my nails and toes done. After researching on yelp, I found them. They are my favorite salon in town. I have been to a few closer to my house, but Aislinn is the BEST. My favorite Nail Techs are Kathy and Kim. They are very patient and do not rush even if it is busy. The have a abudance of OPI and Essie colors. It is always clean, and there are a lot of trashy entertainment magazines to read. The massage chairs work and give you a great back massage. The standard pedicures even comes with a sea salt scrub and hot towels. They do not take credit card tips. Bring cash to tip the ladies.

I live in DC but had errands to run in Tyson's so I thought I would find a place out there for a mani/pedi. Aislinn Salon did not disappoint!
I chose the spa mani/pedi and had my eyebrows waxed. In all it cost me about $80 with tip, which is quite a bit more than what I pay here in DC. However, the quality of the mani/pedi far exceeded what I've found elsewhere!

The place was immaculately clean and extremely large. There was no wait time when I walked in.  All of the scrubs, masks, and lotions used on my hands and feet were kept in a warming station- just what I needed on a cold winter day.

The place was very relaxing, especially considering the size and number of people. It was very quiet with not a lot of unnecessary chatter from the staff or other patrons, so you could really sit back and relax.

I would totally go again if I was in the neighborhood and in need of spa services!

My first time at this salon and I had my 3 nieces with me. They have a pedicure chair for kids which is a plus in my book. The salon was clean and bright. We arrived half an hour before or appointment, but they were ready to take us. They had actually kept one section of pedicure chairs free and clear for our party of 5.

I enjoyed my pedicure and the tech did a nice job. More important - the kids enjoyed their first pedicure experience and the techs were so nice and friendly to all.

It's a little out of my way, but I think I'll be back.

I popped in to get a swedish massage. FIrst it was great they took me right away. Channal ( i am not sure how to spell her name) did my massage and it was the best massage ever!! I have a one year old that always wants me to carry her, so my back was in knots. She massaged with just the right pressure.
What disappointed me was, she also did my brows. She took off too much on one brow.  It is very noticeable and now I have to grow it out to get it even again.
I will  come back for the massages, but not for the brows.

I used this nail salon for my wedding party to get our nails done a few weeks ago. We were all from out of town, so I picked Aislinn based upon its reviews and proximity to the house we were staying in. We were all really impressed with how clean everything was and how friendly the staff is. I don't find this quality in many nail places these days, and it was super refreshing to find such a nice place, basically on a whim.

I also enjoyed how broad and customizable their menu was. The seem to have a lot of deals and packages that are customizable too. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to nail salon.

I was looking for a place for me and some other girls to get together to celebrate one of our close friend's pregnancy. I did a little research to check out some places in the northern VA area that could accommodate for 5-8 people all at once, because most nail salons I've been to have been fairly small and I  was concerned that it would take a looooong time to get through everyone. I saw that on their website they could accomodate private parties, so I called to double-check and see if the date and time I wanted to book was available. The man on the phone was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions (which were YES! - they could accomodate us that day and YES! - we could bring champagne).

We got there about 15 minutes late due to typical traffic, but that was not a problem. Also, I had originally told them 5 people, but it ended up being 6 last minute and they made sure that we had enough space and that there was another person that could help us out. I was really impressed when I walked in because the place was huge, clean, and nicely decorated. They cleared off one of the tables to let us set up our appetizers and champagne. We had a little corner in the back that had about 7 pedicure chairs, which was peeeeerrrrfeccct. Half of the girls were able to get started right away, the others about 15 minutes later. And when we realized there was no where to put our glasses - problem solved: the armrest opened into a cup holder. Seriously? AMAAAAZINGGGG.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My technician was really sweet and we talked a little bit about our lives and not once did it seem awkward. The manicure stations were also set up in long tables in the middle, rather than the usual individual stations stacked up in front of one another. It was perfect because it was one row of 3 girls, then another row of 3 girls, and we all were able to talk and hang out. For 6 people, we were finished and out the door within 2 hours.

We all got the basic mani/pedi, which was reasonably priced at $35 for this area. They did a great job on all of our nails and the whole party was satisfied. Overall, my experience here far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place for anyone to plan a girls day or even for a bridal party. I think I've found my new nail salon and definitely plan on coming back. Oh, and I guess the name is cool, too.

Aislinn is significantly nicer than many of the more affordable nail salons in the Arlington/Falls Church area. The price for a manicure/pedicure is comparable ($35ish), but the salon is very clean, very new, and more upscale than a lot of the other places I've frequented over the past 6 years.

The men/women performing the services are VERY professional, and maintain a quiet and relaxing environment.

While most of the employees are women, I was assigned Tim, a very nice, quiet man who gave a great mani/pedi and leg massage. I opted for the spa pedicure (an extra $10). While I'm not sure it was worth $10, it was very relaxing (sugar scrub and mask).

    Certainly returning here.

Atmosphere is nice, very clean, especially compared with others in the area.

The staff is welcoming and polite. They are popular and get busy at peak times, so an appointment is helpful. I have waited over 35 minutes to be seen when I was told the wait would only be 15 minutes.

I had a bad experience once when I requested a shellac manicure (the kind that lasts 3 weeks then comes right off) and ended up with a full set of gels (the kind that does not come right off ever). Needless to say, this took months to grow out and required expensive maintenance that I hadn't been prepared for.

I've since gone back, but am cautious when providing instructions and requests.

Overall, the level of cleanliness is what keeps me going back. Just have an appointment and be direct with communication.

Very clean, quiet, friendly staff. This is not the typical "Nail Salon"  where you hear the workers talk and gossip while working on your nails. I think that it is very RUDE when people talk in their native language infront of you. Anyway,  Aislinn Spa is far from that. They definitely take their time, make you feel comfortable, dont gossip and, very professional. Their prices are reasonable and if you go to their website  they offer discounts on certain services.

Came here with my cousins to spend quality girl time, leaving our husbands to fend for themselves entertainment-wise.  I agree with the other reviews in that this place is top notch for price and cleanliness, a must for nail salons.

I was especially impressed with the variety of manicure and pedicure options they have with all the scrubs and massages you can include.  They even offer waxing and massage services here (which one of my cousins was happy with).  My nail estheticians was very detailed oriented in my French manicure and pedicure and made friendly conversation in the meantime.  They took their time and didn't make you feel rushed, which is a surprise with all the people that came in when I was there.

New customers can get a mani-pedi combo for $37, a small but appreciated discount for their attentive service and clean salon.  Also, if you refer/bring a friend with you can get $5 credit on your next visit.  Since my cousin brought four of us for our girl time trip, she got a $20 gift certificate for her next visit.  That's a sweet deal if I say so myself.

I found this place because of Yelp reviewers and I'm glad I gave it a shot.

Aislinn Nail & Spa is in Falls Church across the Long John Silver on the side of the building off of route 7. There is ample free parking in the lot.

The staff is friendly, the place is really clean, and they offer a variety of manicures and pedicure options with different spa packages including facials or massages. I would stay this place is one step up from your typical nail salon and they are doing a great of trying to be a full service spa without all the frills or pricing.

I had the Aislinn Spa Pedicure and Manicure which costs $55. Although it included scrubs and longer massages, I don't know that I would do that one again for manicure (but the pedicure was really relaxing). I think the best bet is just to go with the standard manicure/pedicure which will be cheaper and ultimately will have the same result.

I will definitely return for mani/pedis and maybe I'll give their other services a shot if I see a special for something worth trying (massage or facial).

What a great experience going here.  (Review is from a guy's perspective) Since I don't go to a lot of nail salons, perhaps I'm not the best person to review this, but I know what I like and I like this place.  I just got the regular pedicure.  The staff was super friendly.  The shop was nice and clean.  The place smelled nice.  There is some not too cheesy music playing in the background, and no loud talking.  I felt really calm after I left.  The procedure started with a washing of the fee, then my nails perfectly trimmed, a sea salt scrub, and then a massage for like ten minutes.  They did not use a razor and cut up my feet, and my fee did not feel tender when i left.  I really liked that.  I highly recommend  Aislinn.  There were a couple of guys there so I did not feel weird about it!

I work next door and a few of my coworkers get their nails done here - I'm glad I finally ventured over there after work one day.  They did a fantastic job!  The first time I selected the Runaway pedicure and the second time I selected the Q Pedicure - both of which were really great!  The massages are wonderful - being massaged with a couple different lotions and oils.  Each lotion and oil have a different scent that corresponds with the different pedicures.

I have had two different women to do my pedicures - the first one was more aggressive and the second woman was more delicate but was still really good.  The staff is very friendly and make you feel immediately welcome upon entering.    This was less expensive than the place that I usually go to in McLean (which is closer to my parents home where I have gone since high school) and I think the quality was a little higher.

came here for a massage with my mom. the salon was pretty big, nice facilities, clean, etc. it was a bit difficult to pull into because you can only enter from one side of the street so make sure not to miss the complex! but there was plenty of parking even during the busy holiday season.

the massages were pretty good. i requested for only a back massage but our masseuses gave us full-body massages too (just as a bonus i guess?) which was pretty nice. the room was very relaxing: warm, dim lights, calm music, etc.

my only small complaint is that i felt like we were rushed a little by the staff (due to the busy holiday schedule), which is the last thing you want when you're getting a massage! but other than that, it was a pretty great experience.

I've been here several times for mani/pedi, facials, and other services.

You immediately notice how nice and spotless it is inside compared to other run of the mill Viet run nail salons.  They are extremely customer oriented and they do a great job making you feel pampered.  They always remember me by name and we catch up where we left off on girl talk.  I love that kind of personal touch.

I think every nail salon should be like Aislinn in terms of interior environment and customer service.

I've stopped going however because my manicures always come out a little too..thick.  Perhaps its only the person I go to, but its like the fly on a birthday cake.  Great service, great ambiance, great everything, but the polish is too cakey, and for me, it defeats the point of even getting my nails did.

I had heard about this place from my neighbors so I decided to give it a try.  I was pleasantly surprised. This place is very clean, welcoming and the spa music is soothing. The lady that my pedi, Kim, was very nice and did a really good job, I hadn't had a pedi in a couple of months. I didn't feel rushed despite the place being pretty packed on Sunday at 4pm.  I also got a manicure which was nice. I'll definitely go back for waxing etc as their prices seem reasonable.  I only hope they continue to keep the place looking so clean as it is now.

I would go with friends and highly recommend this place :)

Got a pedicure here recently and it was awesome! The lady took a long time and was very detail-oriented. The pedicure also lasted a long time. I will definitely be going back!

    I love it.

I have been in the DC area since February, and have had three awful manicures since I have been here (and the last one cost me $37 at a pricey DC salon).  I kept thinking that if you are a salon doing manicures, how hard can it be to do a good manicure??!!!  The answer, apparently, is that it IS difficult (if you saw my hands/cuticles, you wouldn't need to know more).

Enter Aislinn Nails & Spa, where I went today and met Kim.  The basic manicure is $15, but I went for the spa manicure for $25 and I feel like I have new fingers, hands and arms.  My manicure lasted about 45 minutes, Kim is very nice, the salon is very clean, and everyone that was there was very nice.  I had a nice bottle of water while my polish was drying (thanks again!) and I was happy to escape the world for an hour.

I picked up a brochure and they have many manicures/pedicures to choose from, plus other services, so definitely stop by.  :)

Just returned from a heavenly pedicure with Tim. It was quiet in there, I was glad to bring my book and study a bit while my toes dried (call it productive indulgence). I was also happy to just close my eyes, have the massage chair lightly roll along my back, and enjoy the exfoliating, moisturizing leg/foot massage that comes with the basic pedi for $25! I always feel like my business is appreciated here and the service is thorough and detailed.

Superior service!  It was my first time there for waxing.  Kim did a great job, and I will be back to try the other services.

The salon is fairly new so everything is very clean and well kept.  The nail artists are very talented.  The technicians take their time with you.  They don't rush through the process like a lot of salons.  I usually ask one of the nail artists to paint a flower or one of their designs on my big toe :)  It's well worth $5 to add a special touch to my pedicure.  This would be a great place for a bridal party.  They also have a special little chair for all their little patrons.  It's super cute to see a little girl get her very first pedicure.

Love this place!  I moved from Alexandria to Falls Church away from my beloved eyebrow waxer and am always nervous about trying a new place.  At Aislinn I don't even have/need one specific person...everyone does a great job!  I've also had many a mani/pedi there with no complaints whatsoever.

The salon is very clean, well kept, people are friendly and the prices are reasonable.  They usually (but not every time) offer you water, which is a nice touch.  I'm not the type that does facials, etc. often, but the next time the mood strikes I'll probably give them a shot.

    DO RECOMMEND! :)

Let me first start off by saying, I had a wonderful nail technician at a different salon who left and therefore I am searching for a new person. And If I could separately rate my technician and the spa I would give the technician a 0 and the spa a 5...hence the 3. The spa is spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The prices are extremely reasonable too which made me happy...as for the technician (I had a lady named Chanel) she was not good at all and gave me one of the worst manicures and pedicures I have ever had. First of all she was extremely rough with my cuticles...apparently she has never had anyone take the metal instrument and roughly shuffle it around on your nail. The massages she gave me were mostly her just spreading lotion on my hands and legs. I looked at my cuticles when I left I and realized that she didn't even do a good job getting them trimmed up. Secondly I did a dark red and I wasn't happy to see all the red all over my cuticles, even after she spent a good amount of time trying to clean with nail polish remover...Dark reds are extremely common these days and if she couldn't manage that color she probably shouldn't be a nail technician. I actually did a better job at home.

So my advice is give this spa a try, as it is absolutely beautiful and everyone else was extremely nice and helpful, but avoid being assigned to just anyone who is available. I may go back but I definitely won't be giving her another chance...the search for the perfect nail technician continues...
