Love this place! I am just a beginner, so I am giving an unsophisticated review.
However, I really have nothing to complain about. They have about 20 spots on the driving range, and when I go on the weekends, it is never crowded.
The staff are friendly, the balls are cheap, and the grass is green. What more can you ask for? This place definitely isn't fancy or high-end but it gets the job done for me.
I've also seen a lot of families here-- its a kid friendly place. -

What can you say about a driving range? You go...get your balls...get to your pad...and launch them.
That's not true. You want to make sure the balls are decent. Nothing like hitting deadheads and throw your game off. The balls need to be close to the real thing. I've been to ranges where the range balls are falling apart at the seams. Hate where your balls flake and fall apart.
The mat is important as well. Most mats are forgiving and allows for your club to come back up off the mat. Grass is always preferred but not many ranges have them.
So how does Airport compare? You're typical, better than average range with good prices on a bucket of "good" balls and a strong mat.
They have a pro shop and lessons are provided as well. They have decent ice cream so they went from an average 3 to a bonus 4 star.Listed in: I'm out in the STICKS, help…

Guess no one has been here for awhile from yelp - last review was in 2008. lol. Oh well. I had a good time. 2nd time in my life I've been out to a driving range. Prices were good - my friend had clubs so I just used his. Overall we had a great time. The batting cages were fun also - cheap $1.50 for 20 balls. Not the greatest equipment in the world but who cares? It wasn't about getting a professional experience - it was about having a few laughs on a Saturday afternoon.
PS I kicked some butt on the driving range! lol. -

What a great place to Take the Whole Family
We took the kids here the other night and there was a bunch of things for the kid and my wife and I to do. We played mini golf then went to the batting cages and then I drove golf balls for an hour or so. This place is clean the people were great. It was a fun night for the whole family. It was so affordable we are going to make it a weekly event. The new owner really knows what people want. -

When there is nothing to do in north ( like pretty much every night) me and friends like to go here . We either hit a bucket o balls or mini golf or even batting cages. The people that work there are friendly and the prices are right on. Most of the time in those value pack coupon things you can get coupons for things and it makes for a fun few hours and something new to do.
