Airport Golf Driving Range
3 reviews for Airport Golf Driving Range
What can you say about a driving range? You go...get your balls...get to your pad...and launch them.
That's not true. You want to make sure the balls are decent. Nothing like hitting deadheads and throw your game off. The balls need to be close to the real thing. I've been to ranges where the range balls are falling apart at the seams. Hate where your balls flake and fall apart.
The mat is important as well. Most mats are forgiving and allows for your club to come back up off the mat. Grass is always preferred but not many ranges have them.
So how does Airport compare? You're typical, better than average range with good prices on a bucket of "good" balls and a strong mat.
They have a pro shop and lessons are provided as well. They have decent ice cream so they went from an average 3 to a bonus 4 star.
When there is nothing to do in north ( like pretty much every night) me and friends like to go here . We either hit a bucket o balls or mini golf or even batting cages. The people that work there are friendly and the prices are right on. Most of the time in those value pack coupon things you can get coupons for things and it makes for a fun few hours and something new to do.
Driving range, batting cages, mini golf, ice cream, golf pro shop.
