Have you heard of a free air ticket plus tax? It actually exist, but not on the last minute. For that, you pay the whole NINE EUROS plus tax and in some cases 19 plus tax. One Euro used to be less than one dollar, now it is 1.25, I think.
What the catch?
You pay 4.50 for each checked bag for up to 15 kilos (one pound is 415 gram which is somewhat under half a kilo). Each additional kilo of checked bag is 8 euros.
You are allowed one carry on for free and it can not be more than 10 kilos (they don't weigh it though!).
The tax depends on the price of the ticket, but the minimum is 20 euros, I think.
Another catch: you may not get to the main airport of some cities, read the name of the airport next to the "city", and you may need to take a shuttle bus, which is provided by the airport on both ends and it cost about 10 euros each way.
