    Antwan did a quick and professional job of inspecting and fixing my HVAC. A little expensive - charged me for an hour of diagnostic and an hour of labor, even though he was only here for 50 minutes total, but I don't feel ripped off and I would call them again. He was right on time, very pleasant, and the company had him out in less than 24 hours, so it was nice to get it resolved quickly.

    called this place because they were recommended. After the first call we were assured a technician would return our call. We waited 30 minutes. No call. I called back and they assured me someone would call right back. That was 30 minutes ago.
    I give up. Take your business elsewhere.

    Never have I been so insulted by a company like AirMaze.  I made an appointment for a Friday at 10:00 AM. After my wife waited for over 3 hours we finally called to find out where they were.  We were told that they did not know our status and had to find out why the technician (Antoine) never came.  After many hours we finally got a call that Antoine would call us.  He called at 4:00 and said He was on his way.  So, I dropped everything and went home to meet him.  After a few minutes of looking at my air conditioner he told me that the repair was going to cost me overtime.  I told him that I had an appointment at 10:00 but he did not care.  More so, he told me he was tired of working late and I had to take it up with the office.

    Don't call this company.  They insult us with their unprofessional attitude and then expect to be compensated with overtime, I don't think so AirMaze.  Take your business elsewhere.

    There are so few reviews for South Bay heating and air conditioning repair services.

    My friend went with Air Maze because they had 24/7 service and needed service on Sunday. He called Air Maze's phone number and the service person called him back.

    Gary came out to diagnose the heating system. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

    Verdict: when you feel trapped in your heating and AC maze, give Air Maze a call and ask for Gary.

    Okay, so I have to update my earlier review... So at first, I gave Air Maze a 5 star rating - I was pretty excited about the service that we received! But this incident has taught me a lesson about Yelping before I leap. If I had waited a day, my review of the initial service would have been VERY different. So the day after Jim was out and had a look at our AC, I turn the system on and it was kaput! The outside fan would come on for a couple seconds and then shut off. Ten seconds later it would do the same thing. Again and again, until I turned the whole system off. WTF?? So we call Jim back out and long story short, he got it so the system would stay on, but it was barely cooling the air. Grrr! He jumps on the defensive and avows that nothing he did could have caused the problem. Oh. Yeah. Sure. A 2-year old system that was working perfectly fine before you were out and then went haywire afterwards. Yeeeaaaahhhh, nothing you did.

    So anyways, he says we have to call in to have a different tech come out to diagnose and that we'll be charged $125 - huh?? Oh man, I'm like the Hulk - don't make me angry... you wouldn't want to see me when I'm angry! - except I'm not green.

    Okay, so the tech that came out to diagnose/repair was Gary and he was a GREAT guy! Absolutely fantastic! It didn't take him long to figure out that the system was significantly overcharged. He pulled out all of the freon and added back the right amount. Got us back online, cold air, woohoo! I really can't say enough! And because the problem was related to the first service, no charge. Phew! So while I'd love to give 5 stars to Gary, I have to give an update of 3 stars so that both reviews average out at 4 stars. Overall I'd still recommend Air Maze. But be wary of them adding freon - according to Gary it should never be done when the outside temp is below 75F as it will give you an unreliable reading!

    I called them on a hot day and my A/C was dead.  They were out within an hour, were very professional, and fixed me right up.  Good job!
