I'm downgrading this establishment to one star after Management said they would try to correct the issue by re-training staff regarding their Groupon deal and then providing us with a family pass to try the alley again. They went to the effort of emailing me inquiring about an address to send the pass, however, after a month, it NEVER arrived. I think it's safe to say they will not be honoring their word as they did not fully honor their Groupon deal.
Customer service is seriously lacking at Air-Lanes with very little follow through from desk staff as well as management.1 Previous Review: Show all »
