Dimitri was great. He was on-time (he came same day at 10pm after working in the East Village - I am in Forest Hills, Queens), courteous, quick and helpful. Pretty cheap too and reasonable, considering I made him come at 10pm. Would definitely recommend them and will use them for my living room. Installation took all of 10 mins and he gave me a quick tutorial too of the AC. No fuss and no mess.

After I wrote my first review and posted on Yelp, miraculously we got a call that they'd made a mistake. Vlad offered a reduction on the price and they came to install two days later. I wasn't home when they came, but my husband was, and not knowing what price I had agreed upon with Vlad, he ended up paying more because the installation guys mentioned a different price to him. UGH!
I should also note that now, more than half a year later, Vlad has been pretty much harassing me to DELETE my previous review. He's asked me several times via phone and via email, as well. I'm sorry, but I find this really bothersome.
Again: I really want to believe that his service is great, because it seems like other people had a good experience. Sadly, that was just not the case for us.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Vlad was awesome. I emailed him, he responded within 10 minutes with a few simple questions (size of my room, etc.) and that was that. This was on Monday and I asked if he could come that Thursday, and he said that he could even come that same day. He picked up the AC, delivered it, and installed it, saving me the trouble of lugging it up to my apartment and making a trip out to Home Depot. He installed the thing in like 20 minutes with no mess, explained how to use it/clean the filter, and was very clear and thorough about everything - the warranty, etc. He left me the receipt for the AC, as well. He prefers cash but will take a personal check. I HIGHLY recommend Vlad -- he was super professional but easy to chat with and his hanging out in my bedroom for 20 minutes wasn't awkward at all :)

Emailed Vlad, he responded promptly & charged $15 less than the hack at airconditionernyc! He showed up, he removed my A/C AND was entirely charming the entire time. He reversed the bullshit damage airconnyc caused to my window frame and even offered to help me sell my window unit next Spring!
This guy is a top notch, LICENSED AND INSURED HVAC dude. Great service and a completely honest guy. When I tipped him 20% on the job, he even told me I gave him too much.
No amount of tip would have been too much for this guy!
I highly recommend Vlad!!! -

It's hotter than hell outside, and New Yorkers tell me...this is tame. Also, I can barely screw in curtain rods, so I am surely not going to attempt lugging a 75lb AC unit into an open window and trying to affix it. No thanks. This is a job for the pros. The pro = Vlad. After a quick search on Yelp, a perusal of the reviews...this became quite evident! Thank you, sensible yelpers.
The summer in NYC...not so pretty in terms of staying cool. Is this why everyone leaves? The decision gods neglected to inform me of this as I packed up my life in February. I left in my wake a cute little apartment in Chicago equipped with extra-cold central AC. Mmmmm, a meat cooler would be jealous. I used to hang out ins sweatpants in July. Heaven.
Here? Not so much. We're just approaching June and already it's sticky, sweaty, muggy, morbidly hot. Things are wet. Luckily I had the good sense to ring up Vlad before things got too bad.
Services:
PURCHASE/DELIVER AC: First off, I thought "how the hell am I going to get an AC unit to my second floor apartment? I can barely heft my groceries! To the rescue: Vlad will purchase ($199 for 8,000BTU) for you, and deliver it for the price of the unit + $75. (and $5/floor if it is a walkup). This is well worth it, and I highly recommend it if you do not already have a unit of your own. Or if your boyfriend is not interested in this type of work, no matter how hard you try to convince him that the quality of life will surely improve. Vlad whines less, I assure you!
INSTALLATION: Vlad comes equipped with all the tools necessary to install a wonderfully safe AC unit, WITH a warranty. Beat that? Not possible. It took him approximately 20 minutes from start to finish to get this bad boy up and running in the hizzy. I also do not have to fret about it plummeting from the window and killing the neighbors. There is something to be said for that reassurance. If you have your own, he'll install it for you. Price for service call typically: $75. (varies by location).
WARRANTY: As mentioned before, Vlad offers a 1-year warranty on your installation services. He also has insurance in case of damage. Obviously, as evidenced by the star rating...there was no damage, and Vlad left my home just as he found it.
*accepts cash or personal check. (cash preferred, I'm sure!)

Ok, that is all well and good...of course, but the real deal with this company is that Vlad is a great guy. Though his native language is Russian, he communicates VERY effectively via email and phone. I sent him emails about my specific situation, we agreed on the date/time and unit to be delivered and like clockwork he was here, installing it, and my Memorial Day weekend has been cool as a cucumber. He even phoned me a few minutes before our appointment time to let me know he might be a few minutes late, though he ended up being very punctual. He's also pretty funny!
I assume Vlad is very busy this time of year...but if you haven't started thinking about your AC unit that's either collecting dust in storage, or absent all together -- you are likely living in a cave (lucky you!), and you should get in touch ASAP. I've earned many bonus points from that (now chilled) boyfriend, now that the AC is operating efficiently.
5 cool stars. Certainly this will save me some sanity and sweat, and my dog has found a new resting spot about 4 feet from the vent. :)Listed in: Practical in Park Slope.

After spending last summer sweating my *** off in a nun's cot with no A/C, I was bound and determined to hook up my new apartment with the wonders of A/C before summer and humidity set in. I poked around Home Depot and Lowe's, my eyes glazed over, and I retreated home to the safety of the internets. Surely, I can just pay someone to take care of this for me? Please?
Vlad and team to the rescue. One quick call with my room dimensions, my order was confirmed and delivery was promised the next morning. I don't recall which team member/partner ended up doing my shopping and installation, but he was awesome. He ended up having to go to 3-4 different stores to find the larger size for my living area, but he hauled that baby up and screwed it right into my window.
My only issue was scheduling the appointment. It was completely unclear to me when he would be coming. I'm glad I called first thing in the morning, because "morning" ended up being 2:00...and then 2:00 turned into 4:00. I was planning on sticking around the 'hood running errands so it wasn't a huge issue but "morning", to me, equals 9:00ish.
And once I flipped that cool A/C switch, all my worried "froze" away... -

I knew I needed to get an AC installed, but I kept putting it off. When I checked Home Depot's website last week their delivery was only 2 days so I assumed I had time. Boy, was I wrong! Came home last night and my apartment was 90º!!! I figured I would just order the AC and tough it out for two days but at this point, their delivery is a week and a half out. I emailed Vlad to see how long it would take him to deliver and install a unit from Lowe's.
This morning I woke up to an email from Vlad instructing one of his partners to call me, but after a few hours I hadn't heard anything. I gave him a call and he let me know it would be the weekend before he could make it over but gave me the number of his partner and told me to call him. I was elated to find out that his partner could make it over tonight! He showed up on time, was polite and professional, and within 20 minutes I had cool air blowing in from my new AC unit. He showed me how to work the controls, clean the filter, and told me to call him if I had any questions before he left.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an installation! -

Hi folks. I've owned a recording studio for 10 years, with central AC. I have had a hell of a time finding a company to take care of my yearly AC maintenance, and while the company I dealt with to install my system was pretty good, they were expensive. The reality is, through Yelp, I found Vlad, and in doing so, I believe my search is now over. They guys who showed up (Mike and a different Vlad from "the" Vlad) did what I believe is the most thorough job of restoring my unit to its optimum running condition - no joke - that I have ever had done. Most companies do not check the coils in the air handler - these fellas did. Most companies don't want to take the time to clean the coils in the condensing unit as well as these guys did.
I am an ardent supporter of Yelp and the benefit to consumers from the reviews here. I think this is a case where five stars is very appropriate. These guys came and did a job that no less than five other companies have done and in my opinion, did it better than any of them. Really nice guys as well. Thanks for giving me a reason to be happy. . .

Vlad answered the call when I put out word that I was looking to install an AC solution for my music school, and boy am I glad that he did! His partner Mike came in, took a look around, took measurements and asked a lot of questions about how and where we wanted climate control, and ultimately came up with a solution that cost $13000 less than the highest bid I had at the time. That's THIRTEEN THOUSAND less! Though I found it a little incredible at first, Mike explained to me that the requirements I had given him were easily taken care of with a ducted system that he could install into my drop ceilings with vents coming into each area we needed air.
The fact that Mike took the time to really engage and engineer an appropriate and cost-effective solution instead of just the easiest-for-him and most-expensive-for-me solution is why Vlad got the job the minute I got the proposal. Best of all, they started in the timeframe I needed, finished early and even came back a couple times to work out the kinks - one of those calls happening the weekend of July 4th!
Vlad and his partners are consummate professionals, honest, hard-working, smart, reliable and are the kind of people I like working with, matching my pace (I was personally doing renovations in parallel with Mike) and paying respectful and thoughtful care to my business' needs.
We are now 1 week into using the system these guys installed, and I could not be happier with their excellent work. I could not possibly recommend them any higher. If you need a thoughtful, honest and well-engineered solution, Vlad is the one to call. -

Exactly what I needed and at a lower price than most others you will find in the area.
I hard ordered my AC online and it came a day early, causing me to rush out and try to find someone to install it. I called twice and no one picked up, thus I moved on. However, about five minutes later I was called by Vlad himself, and he was able to see me two hours later, after I got home from work. This review would have been 5 stars if they had picked up the first time, as that was the only fault.
Vlad was on time and very polite. He installed the AC correctly and very quickly. While I could have done this myself, I was sadly required by my super to get a professional contractor to do it.
Either way, their service is fast and they're nice people for a low price. What more could you ask for? -

I've been a do-it-yourself-with-the-a/c girl for years, but this year I both needed a new unit and needed it installed, and with a temperamental window that likes to fall in when it feels like it, just didn't feel comfortable doing it on my own this year. Thankfully, a friend recommended Vlad and his crew, and I'm so glad! I easily set up an appointment, and a day later, I've got a brand-new air conditioner.
Thanks so much!! -

I could not be happier with the installation job that Dmitri did. He was quick, efficient, and informative. He taught us about old air conditioners, how to clean a filter, etc.
I'm seriously glowing at the job he did. Our large (11,500 BTU) air conditioner is incredibly solid in the window. You'd think the building was built around it!
Also, thanks to Vlad and Dmitri for being so prompt. Other people I called never even called me back, but Vlad answered the phone immediately, and Dmitri even offered to come over right away. -

In the warmer months I LOVE to be ice cold, happy- in my air conditioned apartment. Vlad made this all possible with his masterwork AC installation know how. It's been a dream come true.
We called yesterday.. and by the time we were having dinner we had a brand new LG 12k BTU unit, blissfully pumping away in our living room. Vlad bought the desired unit, himself, at Home Depot... brought it up our steep 6 flight, walk-up apartment on the LES... and masterfully installed the unit with ease.
He was fully knowledgeable about the unit... about the space it had to serve.. reasonable rates for the level of true expertise!
PLUS: flawless and very friendly service (Unlike the Verizon dudes, it was nice having him around- helping us out in our apartment).
Consider him the king of AC Installations in our lovely city.
Stay cool, New York. -

Vlad is a lifesaver! My air conditioner needed installation and no one I called could do it for less than a zillion dollars. As the days got hotter, I got more desperate. Then, I found Vlad here on Yelp, and I WAS SAVED!
He came the very day I spoke with him, installed my air conditioner in less than half an hour, showed me how to clean the filter, and sealed the windows. He was professional, extremely nice, inexpensive, he came on time... could go on and on.
I will definitely call him if I need any handyman work done b/c I know I can trust him! Thanks Vlad~ -

So I had a little bit of a saga getting my air conditioner online; first from cost co where the unit was a little big and then from overstock. Vlad came around on Sunday (as we had agreed) and checked the unit over before installing. Unfortunately the Maytag unit I purchased was broken and it could not be fixed......grrrrrr.
Vlad recommended that I purchase an LG from Home Depot and if I wanted he could purchase and install it the following night! So that's what I did; it cost me a little extra but for that level of service I could not complain.
So what did I learn:
1. Don't buy your air con online - they get damaged very easily
2. Purchase an LG and have Vlad install it. -

So, I attempted to install the air conditioner on my own. It was functional, but it looked like hell and I could tell something wasn't quite right. I was afraid to operate it because the instruction manual warned of fire and brimstone if installation wasn't correct. Thankfully, Vlad came to my rescue.
I emailed Vlad on a Thursday and I received an email by that night asking me a few questions, requesting a picture of the air conditioner and suggesting I give him a call. I already felt comfortable with Vlad based on the friendly tone of his email.
I called Vlad on Friday morning. He said he could be here around 3:30 or 4:00. Vlad showed up around 5:00 and went right to work. Within 30 minutes he had be up and running. He's remarkably resourceful. He made everything look and work great.
Vlad is also a pleasure to interact with; he complimented my attempt at installation and made jokes about how stupid the instructions in the manual were.
Vlad's services are well worth the price. He won't hide anything from you. He said he normally charges $75 for an installation, but that mine would be $100 for various reasons. He informed me of the price he would be charging before he arrived.
Vlad is friendly, efficient and responsive. I recommend calling him for your air conditioning needs. -

Vlads AC installation service was awesome. Alex came out early on a Saturday morning and was finished in 15 minutes. My AC is completely secure in the window, which I love not having to think about during hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. I saved $100 by not having PC Richard & Sons include the installation for my AC. Definitely call these guys when you need installation help.

Vlad is in one word, awesome.
I called him this Sunday afternoon and luckily someone before me hadn't returned his call. He showed up an hour later and installed our humungo air conditioner in like 20 minutes.

After my AC broke down on a 90 degree day and after a sweltering night without sleep, I called Vlad at 9am. It took until about 11 to confirm an appointment, but I got lucky and Vlad had an associate in my neighborhood. It was a bit hard to understand Vlad at times, but he definitely makes an effort. Alex was great. He installed the AC quickly and explained how to upkeep it. I also had another AC that was missing a frame and he was able to install it anyway with some magic. It's not the cheapest, but I don't think my boyfriend trusts me holding things out of a window by myself (though I have installed ACs before!). It is worth it to have some relief, no fighting, no sweating, and to be able to type up this review 30 minutes after. They even have a one year warranty for any work that they do.

Vlad is great! After struggling with our air conditioners for a few weeks, we finally decided to leave it to an expert. He came about an hour after we called, put in the air conditioners in about 5 minutes and was done.
He was friendly, and gave us tips how to keep our air conditioners clean. Best prices around and well worth it! -

I do NOT deal with heat well. As soon as the temperature goes above 75 I am a miserable bastard. I called A/C by Vlad during this recent heat wave and I was so glad I did. They were less than half the price of anyone else and they came within 24 hours and hooked me up with a great installation fitting my A/C to my metal window frame in under 20 minutes. Complete with silicone sealant.

Review from Asuka N.
My roommate and I moved apartments in the Gramercy/Murray Hill area of Manhattan within the same building back at the beginning of August. Seeing the good reviews here on Yelp, we called up Vlad and booked an appointment to have all 3 AC units in our old unit taken out of the windows, with 2 of them to be installed in the new unit and 1 to be disposed of. I set up the appointment to be at 9:30 in the morning so that it'd coincide with the rest of the furniture getting taken out of the apartment.
So...low and behold, 9:30 comes and goes, and there's no sign of Vlad. He gives me a call around 11 AM (when everything except for the AC units had already been moved out) to say that he's running late and would be here by noon. I was already a bit upset at the late arrival but I had some unpacking to do, so I said okay. In the end, he doesn't show up until 2 PM. I'm already sweltering in my new place, and the super is getting on my case for taking up a whole elevator when I have nothing left to move. The removal and installation were done quickly and efficiently - the actual installation, once done, is excellent - but after taking my $300, he doesn't bother to clean up the mess he made in my roommate's room from having to shave off some filings from the metal bar that goes across the window. So it's going on 4 PM this point, and my fun task is to make sure that I clean up all the metal filings and dust that Vlad left behind on the hardwood floor.
What really peeves me is that I was told on the phone that he needed to do the removal and installation early because he had to travel for the weekend (I was moving on a Friday). If that was the case, why show up more than 4 hours late? If I take the installation job on its own, then I would give a much higher rating. But the complete lack of professionalism and leaving me to clean up his mess afterward drops him to one star. Given all the positive reviews, I'm not sure if I caught Vlad on a bad day, but if I need an AC unit installed I will definitely NOT be making an appointment here. I'm not willing to take the risk of spending a few hundred dollars on this kind of service again. -

Alex (Cousin to Vlad) was awesome! He came in, knew what to do, installed my A/C unit in under 20 minutes and had my apartment filled with blasting cold air. It was soooo fast and efficient. I was extremely impressed. Thanks Alex for making these hot, sticky NY summers bearable!

Writing this review in a nicely air conditioned apartment.
Okay, after last summer without an AC unit in my rather large living room/dining room area (about 500 sq. feet) and with the recent surge in weather signaling summer, I decided to go out to buy an AC unit from Lowes during Memorial Day. Turns out this amount of square feet (with high ceilings) required a rather large unit (15,000 BTUs).
My original intention was install it myself after it was delivered in the beginning of the week. After looking at the instructions which were horrible of course and starting, I decided that it would be worth the expense to hire someone to do it for me (someone who knew what the hell they were doing, instead of fumbling about like I was).
I sent an email to Vlad at midnight, got a response immediately saying that one of his partners Alex would give me a call. He gave me a call the next morning and told me that he was available at around 2:30 p.m. He actually came early and got the work done before 2 p.m.!
Alex was great - he took his time and made sure that everything was installed correctly. He didn't rush through trying to get to his next appointment. He also explained things when i had questions since I was still trying to figure out where my lack of comprehension at the instructions included with the unit.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and would recommend Vlad and Alex if you need an AC unit installed! -

Vlad is not merely an air conditioner installer. He's an all around contractor. I needed a ceiling fan put in. We talked price over the phone, and he told me that it would be $75 if the job didn't experience any unusual complications. Seemed fair. He came over, took off the ceiling light that was there, did a bunch of work, and, because my apartment is old as the hills, he wanted to test it before going further. POOF! SPARKS! Old wiring conspired to make the job a lot more difficult. He had to do some on the fly rewiring, and it became a more complicated job. Not only did he not charge me any more, with my encouragement he explained to me what he was doing. I even had him do another small project that we didn't discuss over the phone, and he happily did that as well. A steal. And did I mention he arrived a few minutes early? I'd recommend this guy without reservation.

People don't have 5 star reviews for no reason here on Yelp. If you read my review the other day- it was a complete and honest misunderstanding on both of our parts and I can't fault anyone for it, so completely disregard.
Anyway, after the misunderstanding with Vlad, I contacted another air conditioner installation person from Craig's List (Marlon, getsyoucool@gmail.com). His price seemed good, but I quickly realized why he has the supposed (self proclaimed) "best price" on craig's list- he's a complete idiot. The guy was supposed to show up at 8 pm and didn't bother TEXTING me until 8:35pm saying (verbatim, including the weird punctuation at the end) "Eta is now 9:30; I am just 219 blocks from the Q32. Still come tonite?!?" I was frustrated, but I responded that he should as long as he could get here before 11:30. Around 10pm I realize I have not heard from him. I look for my phone and notice that it had fallen into the space between couch cushions and I had missed 2 text messages from him even though my iphone volume was all the way up because my text notification is a single 'ping.'
"I am here. No Powell on bells."
This is the only evidence I have that he actually showed up.
The next one said
"Came; was here from 929 to 940. Across from Bands Cleaners. Left my business cards by buzzers so you can reschedule."
So.. the guy came, didn't see my name on the buzzer and sent a text message to me. One single text message. And then he left. I couldn't even tell you why he didn't call me because he never answered that question when I wrote him an e-mail asking him. His response, as follows:
"I am sorry we wasted each other's time but I am happy I came, and
didn't stand you up. There is a reason for everything and God didn't
want this to happen tonite. I bear you no ill will. Please get some
rest and enjoy your weekend. Marlon (you are so lucky to have a
Wendy's 1 block away from you!)"
Um... so, if you want an air conditioner installation guy who doesn't attempt to contact you when he's outside and then blames the whole ordeal on God, I'll set you up with Marlon. Actually, you know what? Everything does happen for a reason, because who knows what sort of job Marlon the moron would have done had I let him near my air conditioner and I'm genuinely glad I didn't have to find out.
Vlad showed up, for starters, then meticulously cleaned my air conditioner with an old tooth brush he requested specifically for this purpose while explaining to me why I really need to clean the air conditioner at least once a week (something that really should have occurred to me). He took the weird gook the PC Richards installation guy had used while saying, "Who did this? This is useless." He absolutely knows his stuff. He's quick and efficient and if, no, WHEN (because you would be stupid not to) you hire Vlad, you will be so glad that you didn't go with that other guy. Vlad will call, show up, and install your air conditioner faster than it would take you to skim through the instruction manual. He's fantastic and I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know who need their air conditioners installed... Well, the people I like, anyway. The people I don't like will get Marlon's number.1 Previous Review: Show all »

i have to be honest, i was skeptical with all these 5 star reviews, but vlad was pretty awesome!
he came 10 minutes early and finished within 10 minutes (allowing me to enjoy shark week in a nice cool apt!). he gave me instructions on cleaning my filter and didnt' even make noise while installing.
5 stars - and will recommend him to friends/colleagues.
NO LONGER SKEPTICAL =) -

all the other reviews are spot on.
i am laid up with a broken leg. i had been procrastinating getting an a/c unit for my apt because the thought of shopping for the right one, figuring out delivery, and then finding someone to install it seem all too overwhelming....
the i found vlad's info here on yelp.
dropped him with a call. gave him the basics - apt size/type, neighborhood. he gave me a quote that was the cheapest i had found. and then blew me away when he said, ok - i'll see you tonight.
few hours later, as promised, he showed up at my east village apt with an LG 12000 BTU unit. he had it out of the box and installed and running within 20 minutes of arriving! impressive.
vlad saved my life. i didn't have to shop, haul, carry, install anything.
the man took care of me. all i had to do was lay down the very reasonable amount of cash he asked for in return.
kind, personable, and professional. vlad has -your- best interest in mind.
need a/c? don't hesitate. call vlad... you'll be -glad- you did. -

My installation was handled by Dimitri. He bought, delivered and installed an LG unit that Vlad had recommended. Dimitri was friendly, skillful and fast. I have no complaints about his installation and thus forgive him for being over an hour late; after all, he did call to apologize. I realized my building is full of sophisticated Yelpers: Dimitri pointed to a half-dozen other units here that he installed himself. I would call on them again if I needed another installation.

Vlad installed my air conditioner expertly, quickly, and at very short notice. I called, he said he'd call me back within the hour, and he did. He said he'd be at my apartment within 30 minutes, and he was. All that and he provided a short dissertation on Russian literature and a plug for his favorite Pushkin translator. (I wasn't in the market for Pushkin translations this morning, but I reckon I am now.)

After seeing that Vlad had gotten all 5-star reviews, and with really no one else in the business, my boyfriend and I decided to give him a try. Our management company required that a professional install our a/c unit. We emailed him, and it took about a day for him to respond. In fact, each time we emailed, it took about a day for him to respond. Finally, when we arranged a time over the phone for him to come, he was an hour and a half late. Once he was there, everything went fine. He charged $75 for the installation and $60 for the certificate of liability insurance. My only complaints are his slow email response and his being late.

Prompt response and beautiful work. The installers did a beautiful job and installed plexiglass on the side for me as well as a sturdy bracket they purchased for me. The total was $195 which was kind of a lot but included the bracket and the plexiglass and a lot of extra work on their part to do both these extras. This air conditioner is basically bolted in to my building now and completely air tight with plexiglass and weatherizing unlike those flimsy accordian dividers on the sides the ac came with. Beautiful, beautiful work. Mike and his helper were both friendly and pleasant to me as well as my cat. However I have to take a star off for two reasons.
-I had to lend them a ruler and cutting blade for the plexiglass. I didn't mind at all. However if I didn't have them at my house I wonder what we would have done.
-I write a lot of expenses off on my taxes as home office deductions and wanted to pay by check. However they pressured me to pay cash ( they said they have been getting bad checks) assuring me I could get a receipt by e-mail. They were nice enough to walk to the ATM with me. However my e-mail requesting a receipt was completely ignored and that was weeks ago. I don't like not having the receipt for my records and taxes but the work was so good I'm not that worried about needing to exercise the warranty so that is one star off instead of more. -

Vlad is very professional and did an excellent job with our air conditioner. He was extremely helpful and we appreciated his honesty about whether or not our AC unit needed supports (it didn't, which saved us money). It ended up cheaper than expected and he even threw in some foam board for us for free. Thanks!

Came a few minutes late because he was having trouble finding parking. But once here, he was in and out in about 20 minutes, $75 installed. They came the next day after I called them. A pretty simple process.

We called Vlad after moving into our new apt and reading all these glowing 5 star reviews of his work. He expertly advised us on the best a/c configuration for our 3BR and even bought and delivered the units for us. Vlad did an excellent job - he is professional, courteous and helpful. I most definitely recommend him!
