I had a great experience with Saul and Julio's team. They were fast efficient and very careful with my stuff. I have worked with 4 other companies and they always break stuff or are just shady. These guys and their team were extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely use these guys the next time, even if I have to wait a week. They are well worth it. Moved 3+ bedroom house from Fremont to pittsburg.

They showed up eight hours late to move me, forced me to pay hundreds of dollars more than they had estimated because I had supposedly not include some items in an online form, and when they delivered my goods they had destroyed my coffee table and entertainment center.
I have had many good moving experiences over the years. This was easily the worst. Avoid at all costs. -

Terrible experience - Yelp should add the "no stars" category for those guys. I was awful at all levels: price and quality of the service.
For the sales rep sent me a proposal "all included" and I ended it up paying the double because I had a glass table and a 40' TV that needed extra protection.
For the quality of the work, even worth...
They don't protect furniture when they move it, they just loaded my furniture in their truck without any protection scratching all the corners.
They don't carry stuff, they load their cart and roll-it down stairs... I let you imagine the result on your fragil things.
At the end of the day they charge me $700 for a 4H work and all my furniture is dirty and scratched.
I will qualify the services Expensive, Quick, Bad and Dirty service.
For half of the price, I should have rented a U-haul truck and pick-up 4 guys in the Home Depot parking lot to help! -

I have moved many times due to relocation with my company, Air 1 was able to accomadate us with 2 days notice. They sent 4 guys & only charged us $110 per hour, the guys were friendly & did not waste time at all, they continued moving the whole time. When we arrived at our new place there were guys painting the apartment, after all the confusion the movers worked around the painters, set up the furniture & didn't leave until they knew we were satisfied.
I'm a very hard person to please & I was not diappointed with this company at all, they were great & I highly recommend them! -

Worst move ever. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE! They broke almost everything - bowls, frames, monitors, glasses. Their claim process makes you want to pull you hair out. You hardly get any money for your broken possessions. I will never use them again. I'd rather pay more & not have to throw my stuff out upon arrival.

I have had these guys move my stuff and they were pretty difficult to work with.
They damaged my furniture, were super expensive and the main guy had the NERVE to ask me for a tip. The guy (Isaac) never answered his cell phone either. Stay away from these movers. -

Maybe it was partly their fault that USA RELOCATION doesn't know how to confirm their contracted people, but Isac, the manager was very accommodating and apologetic for not having anyone move me on Sunday 9/4/11. But he sent Miguel and his team who were very polite, professional and patient. They worked fast and they were very efficient! Thank you Isac for sending us a great team of men!

I've used this company several times and i have to say they are very professional and it seemed like they have a great amount of experience. I was amazed to see the speed that they wrap my sofas, before i new it, my whole leaving room was packed in the truck.
The price was very reasonable, im very happy with the service and ill be happy to recommend them to all my friends and family. -

Used same company in Los Angeles for a personal move my boss needed the office moved and after calling the main office I happily found they offered services in the bay area. Once again the men showed on time and made sure that office was moved with the same care as they gave my personal move. I recommend this company for all kinds of moves.
