I stop in here everytime I plan on going shopping. Some of the pieces are a bit too "funky" for my style and most are way overpriced for the quality. But they have good sales and when I do find a piece from here I LOVE it. Also, one of the girls who works there is AWESOME. (Wish I could remember her name- Erica or Erin I think.) She's been there for some time now and is tall with dark hair. Look for her when you stop in. She's super friendly, very helpful, honest, and enjoys putting outfits together for you when you're drawing a blank on what to wear.

Love the feel of the store and light airy clothes-perfect for nawlins weather. Waaay overpriced though, I can get the same look for much cheaper down the street at Armoire.

Ah-Ha sits on the corner of Magazine getting my attention, but not my money. It calls me in with cute dresses and brand names like Michael Stars and Free People. But, I just cannot bring myself to buy such expensive items in this store when the exact same things are available at Macy's (they have super sales) or TJ Maxx.
Besides dresses and comfy t-shirts Ah-Ha does have a good selection of flip-flops and sandals as well as scarves. I also saw some magnets that I thought were cute- but were $10! I guess just because of the price I wouldn't come in here very often.
Check out the fake chicken greeting you as you walk in. Definitely freaked me out! -

so since NO WHERE on magazine street (or nola in general) seems to cater to super small people, this is one of few places that i actually purchased items when living in nola (albeit only jewelry, as the same clothing problem here). i loveee the jewelry they carry--a lot of sheila fajl stuff, and cute accessories. Also, some friends got really cute clothes on huge sale here, but alas above mentioned problem prevented me from doing the same...
definitely worth checking out if in the area! -

The store had pieces from Free People, Velvet, etc. Some dresses and tops were ridiculously-priced - not sure why. They did have a little sales section that were all 50% off, but wasn't worth it. The female sales associate was also a little stand-offish.

Owned by the daughters of the Rubenstein family, this is a cute stylish boutique that has never let me down. They do a great job in balancing out the trendy, basics, and high end items. I've always found something there that I've needed, from C+C and Michael Stars shirts and Reef flops, to Ella Moss and Free People dresses. They also stock many accessory lines that are made by local artisans.

Ah-ha is a nice, spacious boutique that carries a wide range of labels including Ben Sherman. The staff is really nice and helpful. Let's get down the nitty gritty- their sales are stupendous! I got a pretty French Connection dress marked from $148 to $35. They also carry Michael Stars and C&C California, which you can also find marked down heavily.

These guys have been around for awhile and you can always rely on them to have a bohemian style dress for any occasion. Their prices are mid to high range. They carry mostly dresses, shirts shoes, and purses. There is always parking around the corner.
