Moe and company has recently moved from the car wash (West of IHOP) over to next door to the TIre Man near the Ventura Freeway and Cheseboro, a big upgrade from the old place. They actually have a waiting room now and free WiFi, oh boy!
Now I can get the lube job and walk over to the gas station next door for a snack, unlike before. These guys accept others coupons and are competitive with the Jiffy Lube off Kanan, and are friendlier and get you out quicker, especially during the week, at least IMHO.
I give them five stars for this incident - Out a lube job off a coupon, drove home and realized they left my oil cap off - under the hood - but they forgot to put it on. Luckily it did not fall off. But I had a nice little pool of oil in my driveway. I called Moe and he apologized, came out with a steam cleaner that night with the guy who did the lube job, cleaned my driveway and car, refilled my oil, and gave me two free lube jobs. He then came a few days later to check up on the driveway and the car, to make sure there was no stains.
People make mistakes, but few actually apologize, correct them and move on. Im not sure if the same happened at another oil place if the owner would come out and clean up my driveway.
Bring a coupon and hit them up for a lube job before they get too busy in their new digs. -

These guys rule. Super friendly, personable and care about the work they do. A refreshing change from other lube places I've been to.

Beware the car wash end of this operation! The lube guys may be great, but the car wash change machine ate a $10 bill of mine two days ago and no coins came out. The "return bill" button on the machine isn't even a button. It's the head of bolt! It says "press here", but it's a piece of immovable metal. I left a note with the nice lube guys for the carwash manager reporting my situation. No callback, no nothing. Never again!
