Sadly the staff doesn't seem to be able to take the time to really diagnose the problem. My husband was sent home after less than a 2 minutes with a "feel better" and we had to call our regular doctor at home on a Sunday for him to call in meds for what was very obviously an infection, i.e. Lymph node swelling after 6 days, severe pain with palpitation and recurring fever. Went to family doc the next day during office hours and hubby received meds for his sinus infection/ear infection combo.
Won't be going back here for anyone in the family.
They do get two stars for the friendly staff, for being open on weekend hours and for the multiple treatment options they claim to be able to give (xrays, stitches,etc). -

Change your name. I was refused service because it was after 8pm (by maybe 2 minutes). Their response was "yea...we close at 8". I understand the need to close and go home to your family but after only a few minutes? That tells me patient care is secondary.
