This is the kind of place that provides you with recommendations for service without writing you up a huge estimate when you didn't ask for one. e.g. "Just wanted to let you know that we noticed your rear main seal is seeping oil a little bit. Not a big deal, just keep an eye on your oil level between changes. Let us know if you want that fixed but its not an emergency."

I took my car here twice (1st time new tires and 2nd time new brakes) and received awesome customer service both times. They are amazingly nice and honest. I even took my dog the second time and they let her chill in the waiting room. I highly recommend!!
Brought my car in today to have them look at repairs after my car broke down. Brandon was friendly, helpful, honest and helped me stay informed of all my options. I've been going here for the last several years and feel good about recommending them to others.
Got my brakes fixed here. Service was very fast (called Friday afternoon, dropped it off after hours and it was fixed by noon Saturday). They were honest and didn't try to get me for anything I didn't need. I ended up spending a lot of money, but I don't feel like I got ripped off. It looks really shady from the outside, but don't let that fool you. The people are friendly and the service is good!
