I am a local Real Estate Broker that has been working with Taz San Lucas and his team at AQMS for YEARS. They have always provided exceptional service to my clients!!!! I will continue to refer them to everyone I know who needs to help with their moving needs. Not only are they extremely professional, but they have a level of customer service that supercedes any of the competition!!! A special thanks to Casey Kirkman, the President and Owner of the company!!! Good job everyone at AQMS!!!!

Never heard back from AQMS until recently. I thought you all might appreciate the give and take between AQMS and myself. Since Ben sent his last reply, then blocked me from replying back to him, I included my final response back to him. I have cut and pasted the exact exchange. Nothing has been modified.

No one every got in touch with me after the move. Basically the salesperson tried to bait and switch me. My possessions sat in the middle of your floor for the months you had them. They were open for damage and theft that entire time. They were suppose to be stored in vaults. AQMS intentionally misled me, failed to do what they said they were going to do and attempted to jack up the cost to me at the last minute. If not for the intervention of Mayflower international, they would have gotten away with it. Your company practices theft and should pay the price of a very poor review. Do not bother me again. I have no intention of modifying my review of your company.

First off, I never asked you to modify a review. Secondly, items don't sit on the ground, they sit in vaults- which are inside a temperature controlled 24-hour security monitored warehouse. Thirdly, our reviews in this community are just fine, *please see the 20 positive reviews on yelp currently*.
I wasn't attempting to bother you, I was attempting to find out the situation and deal with it accordingly; my intentions were to right a wrong, that's it.
If you wish to be unreasonable then that's your decision, but yelp exists so businesses can see these reviews and try to make amends, not for people to write one negative review about a company and then go about their lives. I won't "bother" you anymore, thanks.

Please do not pretend to know what happened. I was there and saw where my stuff sat for the entire 2 months you had my belongings. I visited your warehouse multiple times during that 2 month period and you never moved it. Taz just flat out lied to me and now you are trying to insult my intelligence.
No you did not ask anything of me, but it was safe to presume that is the only reason I have heard from your company in nearly a year. If you want to right a wrong, then try offering a 20% refund of the $14K I paid your company. That would be a real token of AQMS's concern. That would show real contrition and remorse and would take full responsibility for how my family was treated.
Since you have blocked me from replying to you privately, I thought you would appreciate this more public reply. I have no idea who you are, but I can tell you had nothing to do with my deal and I never spoke to you before. I can assure you everything I posted is correct and accurate and I still have all the documentation to prove it. Have a nice day and try treating all of your customers with respect and honesty. Apparently they have a history of extorting money from their customers! They have stolen our property and refuse to return it while demanding 3 times the amount owed! I had the misfortune of having to move 2 times last year; but AQMS handled each effectively and with low costs. I have used them so much the users know me by name. Its the only company out here I fully endorse. The staff is very friendly & accomodating. They show up on time and I have never had any damage to my belongings!

As a local member of the Santa Clarita community, Casey shares his accomplishments by making numerous charitable contributions annually to organizations such as Henry Mayo Hospital, the Pat Tillman Foundation, the Michael Hoefflin Foundation and Carousel Ranch to name a few. He also actively sits on the board of many other organizations including the ALS Foundation and Inspiration 2010.
