Dr. Breadon is wonderful. Everytime I go I rarely even wait 5 minutes. I don't know how those other people had such horrible times.

It only got one star because once i finally was seen they wrote a prescription that actually worked for my skin (that was an hour after my appointment time). The next time I went in I waited an hour and finally left and will not return-- I also got a bill for $50 for a 'no show' from leaving after waiting an hour past the scheduled time, and im still arguing with them over it.

Overpriced and not too high-quality. My biggest gripe is that they prescribed me a steroid for a skin condition that wasn't too serious. After 4 (yes, 4) drs from this practice later, I was told that the reason that I had these lovely stretchmarks (I've never been pregnant) was in part due to the steroid that I'd been prescribed for 3 years there. Sure, weight loss is a factor in these damn marks but it's pretty negligent for NONE of the 4 derms who I saw over that time to tell me about this side effect that's not bikini-friendly! Boo! Plus they charge you $50 if you miss an appointment, for ANY reason, without 48 hours notice. Yup, that's 48 hours. If only I knew what my life would be like in the next 48 hours so I could accomodate their terribly busy schedules!

This place is terrible. It used to be located in Lincoln Park. They've since moved to new office space downtown. I'm sure the rent is more expensive -and the customers are definitely paying for it. The last couple times I have been there I ended up being billed for services I never received. It's an insurance fraud lawsuit waiting to happen.
I've also had problems with prescription refills. Apparently they won't do it without a follow up - an obvious effort to squeeze every last cent out of you in office visit fees. Oh yeah, and you can forget about appointment times. Last time I was there on time but had to wait a full hour and a half to be seen! Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere and you should too.
