This was the worst experience with a dermatologist I have ever had. Jeffrey Binstock didn't listen to me or even take a look at the rash I came in to see him for! He gave me 5 prescriptions which I looked up before ordering, and they were all terrible! I waited nearly TWO HOURS too see this asshole and then he sat with me for MAYBE 3 MINUTES! Argh! What an obnoxious moron!

Since I can't give a zero star rating, a sad little one star will have to do.

This place should've been featured in 'Sicko'.

I made an appt to have a mole checked out. They gave me an appt that was a month and a half out. A month before the appt, I called to say that the mole had changed and I would like to see someone sooner rather than later. I got a 'sorry, the doctor's all booked'. I explained my situation and my worries and asked, patiently, if they keep some emergency appointments open for people with my situation. Again, I got a flat 'No'.

I guess I should've noticed the 'Aesthetic' and the 'Cosmetic Surgery' in their name and understand that nose jobs and lipos are much more important than a potentially cancerous mole. my bad...

Since then, I've found a real dermatologist back in SF whose receptionist has a human heart.
