Have you ever ordered propane and had it delivered to your RV? We did. We were told delivery would occur some time between 8:00 and 5:00 the following day. Don't you just hate that? They expect YOU to sit and wait for THEM even though the office surely knows a much better estimate since they put out the route schedule. Since the scheduler wasn't too interested in a before arrival call to be sure we would be at the motorhome, I just told them if we were here, we'd be here. And, if we're not, we're not.
We were lucky or maybe they were lucky because they made a sale. We were at the motorhome when the Aero Propane truck showed up. Our bill for the propane ... $68 for 13.3 gallons or about $5.11 per gallon after everything was finished and the extra delivery fee was added - about double what we normally pay. Our personal opinion is that Aero Propane is socking it to the snowbirds in Arizona. Service was fine but the fee was out of line with propane delivered elsewhere.
