I went here to rehabilitate following a shoulder injury. 24 sessions later, my shoulder is now feeling great. My physical therapist, Alan, did a lot of work on my shoulder (stretching and all those other physical-therapy-y things they do) and took me through the rehabilitation exercises to continue at home. His knowledge and expertise showed through his careful and precise methods. He was also patient, friendly, and easy to work with.  The rest of the staff were equally friendly and knowledgeable. Jen, the assistant, is so sweet and nice. The atmosphere of the place is pleasant and there is candy. Candy makes everything better, even physical therapy.

I had a meniscus tear and meniscus root repair this past May 4, 2011. My orthopedist was wise to send me to Aero Physical Therapy. My therapist (Dan Corkish) was not only knowledgeable, he was friendly, patient and clearly takes pride in his work. From the office personnel to the other staff members and the first class equipment, it was a very positive experience. I feel I got the best treatment available.

Hands down, this is the place to go for post-injury rehabilitation.

You need someone to show you how to rehab that affected area, someone to dig out all that old scar tissue, and put you on some of their latest machines that will help with the swelling so that you can heal.

Aero has an approachable team and the latest equipment.  The space is neat, presentable, and welcoming.  The staff is knowledgeable, methodical, and complete.  Everybody graduated from a distinguished university at Aero, so you know they went through a good program.

So if you suffered some sort of inury, be it sports related, work related, home related, spouse-related...jk...the Aero team is a highly reccommended place to go for sports medicine and physical therapy.

I tore my ACL in May but didn't have surgery for 6 weeks.  By the time I visited AERO for my post-op therapy there was severe atrophy in my leg.

Since I was treated by the same therapist at every visit I rehabilitated ahead of schedule.  My othopedist was amazed by the pace of my recovery and attributed it to the consistency of my therapy program.

Now I am running, biking, and most importantly playing with my kids as if the injury never occured.

AERO was also conveniently located less than a mile from my office, but I would recommend everyone (regardless of location) to use them if you want quick recovery.

I was in need of physical therapy after shoulder surgery earlier this year.  I asked my doctor for recommendations and he said "Go to Aero, they're the best." I was not disappointed.  There are several therapists on staff and they all were very helpful in my recovery.  They gauged my injury, and put me on a program combining office visits, plus exercises I could do at home.  After several weeks following their program, my doctor was astounded at the rate of my progress.  Besides a perfect relaxing therapeutic environment, the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and engaging.  It was like having my own team of personal trainers during the period of my recovery.

Another benefit:  the Aero team was very flexible in their scheduling.  Sometimes I needed to come in early in the morning, before work, and they were always there before me, bright and cheery.  And on occasion, I needed to come in late (after work.)  They were very accommodating; I don't know when these guys go home!  Plus, I would often drive, but their office is walking distance from the Millbrae BART and CalTrain station so occasionally I would take mass transit.

This may sound like a sugar-coated review, but if you've been through what I have (physically), having a great physical therapist during recovery is critical.  I feel 100x better today than I have in years.
