After having a terrible experience with another garage door repair company, Aero Garage swooped in and saved the day!
I knew we were in good hands from the moment Joe called me to discuss the problems we were having with our current garage door. He was very helpful and offered to schedule an appointment to repair the door the very next day...on a Saturday! When that date didn't work for me, he gladly accepted the alternate date I chose. I appreciated the reminder phone calls I received from Aero on the days leading up to my appointment.
Ryan was the technician who ultimately repaired our garage door. He was friendly and professional, continually walking us through the work he was completing. He also offered us suggestions on what we can do to improve the life of our current system.
