Great Staff, great service and great prices. I used them to repair Three laptop and to also repair the wireless connections in my home and they did a great job. Very Professional.

They removed a virus on my laptop, but when I got it back, I was still getting a "blue screen of death". I took it back and they couldn't find the problem saying it was nothing to worry about..."Blue screens happen and aren't always a sign of trouble". !!! Well, they were very wrong. I called Emergency PC Services for a housecall (HALF the price of Aegis) and Andrey had it figured out and fixed in no time.
Also, the prices quoted at Aegis varied depending on who did the quoting. The owner told me it was $50/hr for in-store help, but his son quoted $60 when I asked him.Comment from Christopher V. of AegisTek 4/18/2011

These guys are great! I recently took my husband's computer in because it was having an issue starting up. They diagnosed the problem immediately and were very knowledgeable on how to fix the issue if it should happen in the future (turns out it's pretty typical for that model). I have also gotten a virus removal from them and found their prices very competitive and that my computer worked great after wards. Its awesome to finally have a place where I can trust that the technicians know what they are talking about and that they aren't trying to rip me off. Oh, and their turn around time is fast! Never going to those greasy other guys again!

My computer had a major operating systems failure. I tried to fix it but everything that I tried did not work. I wanted to try these guys out. First of all they give a free diagnostic and let me know what was wrong. They explained in layman's terms exactly what the problem was and how they were going to fix it and how long it would take. The quote they gave me was very reasonable, straight foward, and the timetable was met. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
