Ever since my first experience at this center, I have been impressed. I had a visit just yesterday that began with the security guard welcoming me as I entered the building. The receptionist are usually kind and patient, although this depends on how busy they are. I rarely ever wait more than 15 minutes to be placed in my room. The nurse sees me immediately and the doctor follows only minutes behind.

I was walking out of the facility at 4pm for a 3:30pm appointment! This is unheard of in the medical industry. On top of that, it really seems like these people love their jobs and sincerely care about the patients. For all of the ladies out there, Dr. Sami is a gem!

The doctor for my HMO was here, so I got my medical needs me here. However, now that I'm changing insurance and my new insurance isn't accepted here...I really won't be too sad to change doctors.

3 out of the 5 times that I've been here, I've been forgotten in the waiting room. Each time after waiting for 30-45 minutes, and seeing my doctor wal by a couple of times, I'd go and ask when I'd be seen...and then they'd act all surprised to see me and I'd wait another 15 minutes and then get seen. It was very frustrating.

Also, they don't seem all that together on following up with labwork. Whenever I'd get a change in prescriptions, they really resisted having me come back and get my blood checked...even though my doctor said I needed to do that, she didn't write up the orders to have me come back...it was frustrating and led to even more waiting in the waiting rooms.

It is nice that they have a lot of equipment on hand. When I thought that I broke my finger while ice blocking, I was able to get an x-ray that day and in the same building. That was nice.

I also appreciate that they have a nurse who you can call 24 hours a day for minor issues and who will answer questions and set up appointments for you. It's a nice service.

Good facilities.  They can handle a lot of different types of procedures and tests in-house.  That being said, I've never had trouble getting a referral if needed.  Plenty of parking, the center is clean and modern.  My only complaint is that is can be difficult getting appointments at times, but I imagine that it is the same with many doctors.
