We rented 2 bikes and a kid trailer here and rode the trail to Jenny lake. The guys that work there were friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful in finding the right bikes for us. The bikes were in great shape and comfortable.
Bikes rentals aren't cheap here, but then again they are the only who rent bikes this close to the park so you expect to pay more. I think we paid $65 for 2-3 hours. It was definitely worth it though and a highlight of our trip.
