I was weary the moment I saw the sign by the elevator that said - Don't ride this unless you absolutely have to, never ride it alone, and take your cell phone.
As soon as I got onto our floor, there was a faint smell.
The suites had poorly drawn (stick figures - literally) signs to differentiate them from each other - and they were just as poorly decorated.
However, given that we are in Leavenworth (except for the Sleeping Lady, there aren't any nice hotels), the price, and the location being extremely convenient (located inside the village), I was very happy with the Adventure Inn.
Don't expect ANY service what so ever - we didn't see a single staff member around the whole stay. For that reason, I would expect if we had stayed any longer, the lack of daily cleaning or fresh towels would have become an issue... but for a very casual weekend in Leavenworth to hit Stevens Pass and wander the village, this is convenient.
I would not recommend this to anyone disabled or older because of the lack of service and reliable elevators.

Super laid back.  I'm not to sure if the beer garden is always this chill, but It  was the night we went.  The live music wasn't bad, the dude working the bar was pretty cool.  He introduced me to a new beer.  Irish Death.  Awesome beer.  Great flavor and real smooth.  Sorry I don't recall his name, but thank you.

Everything shuts down a 10 pm.  I believe it's for quiet time for their hotel part.

They do have beer pong on Fridays.  Then they leave the table up for ping pong.  They do allow kids.  So that was really odd to me but oh well.

HUGE chalk board to write on.

it was a nice hotel, great location, our 1 complaint is there was no phone in the room.  And everything closes early during the week, the town was packed with ppl, but when everything closes early, it leaves nothing to do, during the summer months shops should be open a little later.
But we still had a great time!

We totally enjoyed staying here.  Adventure Inn is a wonderfully quirky little hotel worthy of quirky little Leavenworth.  Right in the heart of town.  Reasonably priced--excellent value.  A bit of a European feel.  Large room with large flat screen TV.  WiFi.  Very clean.  Comfy bed.  Excellent shower.  The quirkiness: The front desk typically is open for only a short period each day.  (We did run into the owner briefly one morning--nice guy.)  That was no problem at all.  Our room key and some info were waiting for us on the closed front desk.  This is definitely where we'll stay if/when we return to Leavenworth.

This inn is a good value if you get the regular rate and not the higher rate during peak season. We would stay here again. Our family enjoyed the suite style rooms. It's in a very convenient location. Close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. Do your research on the various rooms so that your needs can be met.

Great little hotel in the heart of Leavenworth.  We Loved the HUGE suite style rooms- plenty of room for the family with the kids having their own space.  The one complaint that we had was that only 1 of the tv remotes worked- but no biggie since we were not here to watch it.  I would stay here again- great price for a large suite.

The Adventure Inn is not your normal hotel/motel.  And that is a big plus in my book.  With two grown children, when we travel together, it often means renting two rooms.  Not needed in Leavenworth.  The rooms are all two bedroom "suites" and are perfect for those who like the condo feel of separate bedrooms.  But that is not all that is different with this place.  Check-in consisted of picking up an envelop with our name on it in the office.  It is unattended, since the owners also run the beer garden in the courtyard and that is where they spend most of their time.  Once we got to our room (room 308), we were blown away on the size of the living area, the big flat screen tv and comfortable furniture.  Each bedroom had a comfortable king bed and had separate tv's.  Each room had a small window air conditioner that may be challenged to keep the rooms cool in hot weather, but for our stay, with the temps in the 70's, they were more than adequate.  The room had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker.  Out in the hall was a dispenser of various teas that are available for the guests at no cost- nice touch.  There is only one bathroom, normal for hotel rooms, but made it a little cramped for us who normally rent condo's with two baths.

My only complaint was that the free wifi was up and down.  The manager said it was the service provider and they had received over 3000 calls about the service problems.  For me, it was frustrating since I planned on getting some work done in the mornings before heading out for the day of site seeing.  I know, you are thinking, why are you working on a weekend trip to Leavenworth?  Well, it is better than sitting at home all weekend so you can get in a few hours of work.  Anyway, I assume this was an issue only for this weekend.  Other than that, when it worked, the wifi signal was very strong.

On their website, they note that certain rooms will get noise from the beer garden.  they are not kidding.  The music stops at 10pm, but the drinking continues after that.  On Saturday night, the noise was noticeable in the bedrooms until after 11pm.  If you are an early to bed type, be sure you get one of the rooms that do no face the beer garden.

All and all, I recommend this for families that need the extra room and couples traveling together.  The location is great and the accommodation value is good.

I recently stayed here the day after Oktoberfest and found the owners to be very friendly and prompt, especially after such a crazy time of year for them.  We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with another couple and it was a perfect amount of space.  The hotel is conveniently located and cozy. The rooms and were very clean and the beds were comfortable.  There is a cozy living room perfect for lounging and watching t.v.  The overall value of this hotel beats out others in the area.  I highly encourage you to also look on Trip Advisor to compare.  Why stay at the other hotels who get less than decent reviews and charge higher rates!

So glad I found this place. The room was great stayed in the fish room which was completely updated and the vacation setup is great no paying for the stuff I rarely use when at a hotel and the price reflects it. I believe they are the cheapest in town but very far the worst.Right next to large walking park for or your dog that follows along the river. Perfect for a little fishing also.
